Update February 7th, 2022: The only entry requirement is that all arrivals from abroad are required to provide a negative PCR test certificate for COVID-19, valid for 72 hours, regardless of vaccination. A certificate is not required for children under the age of 5 if the accompanying person has a negative test document.
The IDC entry permission is not required for citizens of the countries with which:
• unilateral visa-free regime is in effect (Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, USA, Vatican, Vietnam)
• visa-free regime in the framework of bilateral agreements is in effect:,,,,,,, South Korea, Tajikistan, Turkey, UAE, Ukraine, Uzbekistan.
• regular air flights have been resumed: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, China, Czech Republic, Georgia, Germany, Hungary, India, Italy, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Maldives, Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Japan.
IDC permission is still mandatory if citizens of these countries cross the border by land transport (train, auto).
Finally, some good news coming from Kazakhstan! Kazakhstan had suspended its visa-free regime in early 2020 when the pandemic hit the world. Since the beginning of this year, the visa-free regime is resumed again for 54 nationalities. Still, all visitors are required to have a negative PRC-Test (even if you're vaccinated).

Finally, some good news coming from Kazakhstan! After almost 2 years, Kazakhstan has resumed its visa-free regime with 54 nationalities again! All visitors are required to have a negative PRC-Test (even if you're vaccinated) and some nationals need to have a special permit (invitation letter).
