There are places that impress you.

And then there are places that quietly change the way you see the world.

For me, that place has always been Mangystau.

This is my home.

A land where an ancient ocean once covered the earth, leaving behind towering white cliffs, colorful canyons, endless salt flats, mysterious stone spheres, sacred underground mosques, and landscapes so extraordinary that they often seem impossible to be real.

For generations, these places belonged only to the wind, the silence, and the people who called this land home.

Today, the world is beginning to discover them.

Photographers travel thousands of kilometers searching for the perfect light over Bozzhyra. Filmmakers choose Mangystau because no studio can recreate what nature spent millions of years creating. Explorers, travel writers, and creators with millions of followers are sharing these landscapes with the world, inspiring more and more people to experience western Kazakhstan with their own eyes.

In 2026, Mangystau received even greater international attention when its breathtaking landscapes became one of the filming locations for *Armour of God: Ultimatum*, starring the legendary Jackie Chan. It was another reminder that some of the world's greatest natural stages don't need to be built—they already exist.

But Mangystau is far more than beautiful scenery.

It's the silence you hear standing alone above Bozzhyra at sunrise.

It's the endless horizon where the earth seems to meet the sky.

It's the feeling of sleeping beneath a sky filled with countless stars, far away from cities and noise.

It's the warmth of sharing tea around a campfire after a long day on the road.

It's the stories carried by ancient caravan routes, sacred places, and generations who have lived in harmony with this remarkable land.

Every road here leads to another wonder.

Every landscape reminds us how small we are compared to nature.

Every journey becomes a story you'll tell for years.

People often ask me why so many travelers are suddenly coming to Mangystau.

I don't think it's because Mangystau has changed.

It hasn't.

We've always known how extraordinary this place is.

Perhaps the rest of the world is simply beginning to see what we've been fortunate enough to call home all along.

And that makes me incredibly proud.

Because Mangystau isn't just a place I guide people through.

It is a place I love.

A place I'm honored to share.

And I truly believe that once you experience it, a part of your heart will always remain here, in western Kazakhstan.
