Anvar.

We had booked minibus with driver about 6 months before for 10-12 seats for our 8 persons with 150$/d , and I think we will travel himself with us as driver with guide But in arrival date, we got another driver who can’t speak english with 8 seated-minivan that is fit for 8 persons and big 8 luggages instead of 10-12 seated minibus that we dealed , so I compliant to Anwar , and he sent his manager to see us and promised we will got the minibus on the next day, and asked we to pay the rest cash on the first time we met bit we didn’t agree to pay all until we got the real minibus on tomorrow, But the next day, we didn’t get minibus as they promised, and Anvar gave me some discount condition that we had to accept to follow the same minivan in about 120$/d , my colleagues didn’t accept that because it’s too tight transportation for us for only 30$/d discount, but we have no choice. I think Anvar got the new customer and leaved our gruop. Because during conatct to him ( because he had to tell the driver about our daily itinerary and he couldn’t speak English and he listen only his boss about the plan route, sometime he had no internet, and his manager told me we can contacted her anytime but she contacted us only for the money that we had to pay to her, bit for helped and contacted to the driver, she was quiet!??? Overall, Anvar is good for helped us to coperate faraway , helped us to booked the horse riding, eagel hunting and accommodation at Altyn Arashan (but he is not confirm to the guest house manager, so we had to wait for the room that guest hiuse manager let another guest to stay our booked room ) and contacted to the driver Our driver who didn’t know our problems between Anvar and us , he is the good, friendly and helpful. We are so impress to him even he can’t speak english , he treated us as his guest at his house with warmly dinner with his family and also told us about his work that he was hired from Anvar for 2 weeks ago to take care of our group, but Anvar didn’t mention for this kind of transportation (minivan) to us instead of minibus and told us minibus was just broken on the date that we arrived , we think it’s true. Overall, if you can travel with Anvar , I think he is a good host and guide but you can’t get confirmation that he will be your host even you booked with him for ling time before your travelling date, he might changed / downgraded the new driver and transportation to you.
