We booked a trip to the 7 lakes (Haft Kul) in Tajikistan from Samarkand (Uzbekistan).
Everything was so perfectly organized! The transfer from hotel to the border (and back) was included in the price. At the other side of the border a local guide was waiting for us with a driver. His English was immaculate! In the short time we spend time with him, he already felt like a close friend. He was also very knowledgeable about Haft Kul.
At the end of our tour we ate at a locale restaurant. We payed a total of 165€. It was all worth it. A very good price!

Upon our arrival, our tour guide has some difficulty to serve us, n he was being replaced to his dad which is the boss. He demonstrated excellent English proficiency and punctuality. He even took the initiative to introduce us to Uzbekistan’s rich history in great detail. When we reached old bazaar, he bought us the local bread and fruits for us to try. When we requested a restaurant recommendation, he suggested a spot that truly lived up to our expectations.
Later, when we encountered an issue with our hotel check-in, he promptly resolved the matter by securing a more comfortable room for us and patiently waited until the process was fully completed. His service throughout was genuinely commendable and professional.

Manesh and his family spent 3 days in Tashkent. We organised their city tour in Tashkent and 2 days tour to Chimgan mountains, Amirsoy resort and Charvak lake. Everything was perfect, the driver wait for us before departure time. The minivan is very good condition, big and so comfortable There are lots of space for our 4 big luggage and 4 passengers. The price is cheaper than others. The driver can speak English a little bit, but he is polite and smooth driving. We are so impressed.

If IndayGuide is for independent guides/professionals, who offer their expert servieces in lesser visited part of the world, where local expertese can mean a lot, then the serveice we got did not catch the mission of the site. It was nothing more than an overpriced tayi service, that I could have agreed upon with any driver in Samarqand. The ladies did not add any vlue to it - they could have beeen just chatbots too as we did not meet them, just communicated on Whatsapp. They hired two drivers, who were ok, spoke some Russian, and their cars were ok. Anyway, I think IndyGuide should filter out these kind of offers of tour comapnies, who just hire someone, and focus on its original mission.
It was a pleasure to organize Szucs Tamas and his friends' day tour to Shakhrisabz. However, there was a little misunderstanding from the client's side. From the beginning they asked me to book the transportation for the trip and I did so. It was written in the program that the price includes only the transportation to/from Shakhrisabz. But they thought it also includes guide services. So, on the day of the tour, Szucs sent me messages asking about the guide. I explained everything to him and he agreed. I truly hope that they are not offended by us and still enjoyed their trip :)

This was a fantastic tour and memorable experience throughout Uzbekistan. Diora was a very responsive host and open with regards to expectations and very flexibility with regards to what I wanted to experience in Uzbeistan in each respective city. One of the highlights of the tour was the opportunity to meet Diora and her family and have dinner with them in their home. The dinner was fantastic and giving my friend the opportunity to learn how to cook traditional Uzbek dinner items was amazing. I heavily recommend you select this tour. We booked a trip to a waterfall, and the host said it would work; however, she didn't do her research well enough and so during the trip we discovered that we couldn't drive to the waterfall, and were not even told where it was to walk to it, other than that it was far. We still had a lovely walk in the mountains, but not what we'd planned or paid for. She did adjust the price some to accommodate the disappointment.
Her English was excellent, for which we were grateful. The driver she hired spoke no English. She produced a professional looking plan for the trip.
I was pleased to help Maria with her 5 hour trip to Agalyk and I'm happy to hear that she had a lovely walk in the mountains. However, I admit that there few drivers who can speak english in Uzbekistan, we will try to work on it and hire english speaking drivers in the future. I hope Maria and her friends enjoyed their trip in Uzbekistan :)

Shahlo and Dyora really helped us before the trip with lot of questions we asked. Guide in Samarkand and Tashkent was excellent. We faced problem of vehicle in Samarkand (which they unable to change due to transportation issue).
I will suggest you to book with them as they are cooperative, ready to help.
