We had an unforgettable 15-day expedition through Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan thanks to Eldar and his Land Cruiser! We were a group of 6 people, and Eldar went above and beyond by installing an extra rear seat so all of us could travel comfortably. On our request, he also arranged to deliver and pick up the vehicle directly in Almaty, which saved us so much time and made the entire logistics completely seamless. On top of that, he handled all the necessary border cross-permit paperwork for us, allowing us to cross between Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan without a single issue. Because space was tight inside with six passengers, we carried our extra luggage on the roof rack using heavy-duty transport straps and waterproof duffel bags—the setup worked flawlessly across thousands of kilometers. The vehicle itself is an older model, but it is an absolute beast when it comes to capability. It took us everywhere we wanted to go without hesitation: we tackled deep mud, crossed river streams, and completed an incredible loop through the remote Sary-Jaz Valley. Even when we got stuck in the mud, the truck had the grunt to get us right back out. It was a trip full of epic adventures, rugged mountain passes, and amazing memories. Big thanks to Eldar for his fantastic support, flexibility, and for providing us with a reliable machine that made this dream journey possible. Highly recommended if you're looking for a true 4x4 adventure!
Car was great and comfortable and driver had an excellent driving skills, we felt safe all the time. On the downside, he barely spoke English but we somehow managed with translate app. In general we think that Kyrgystan is overpriced for what you get (everybody is just milking tourists) so we are not satisfied with value for money and general attitude towards guests, especially when comparing our similar tours in Tajikistan and Kazakhstan.
We had an amazing experience renting Eldar's Land Cruiser for our road trip through Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, including the Pamir Highway. We couldn’t have asked for a better car or service. The Land Cruiser was in excellent condition and incredibly reliable throughout the entire expedition. We drove through some very remote areas and challenging road conditions and had absolutely no issues with the car. It was comfortable, capable, and honestly the perfect vehicle for this kind of adventure. Eldar was also fantastic from start to finish. He was extremely helpful with the logistics and planning of our trip, gave us great advice along the way, and was always available and quick to answer our questions. His help made the whole experience much easier and contributed a lot to making the trip special. We had a fantastic experience and would 100% recommend them to anyone planning a road trip through Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan or the Pamir Highway. Strongly recommended!
