I warmly invite you to visit the Kyrgyz Republic, especially Naryn. Our beautiful mountain country has so much to offer and explore. The people of Kyrgyzstan are known for their kindness and exceptional hospitality. With a history spanning over two thousand years, our ancestors—the Nomadic Kyrgyz—have left a rich cultural heritage.
My name is Iliiaz, and I have over eight years of experience in tourism. I founded my own travel agency, Visit Naryn Naryn, because I am passionate about showcasing our culture. With us, you can experience traditional cooking masterclasses, hiking, horse riding, historical museum visits, city tours, and trips to breathtaking landmarks like Kel-Suu, Tash-Rabat, Son-Kol, and many other incredible places in Kyrgyzstan.
I collaborate with experienced guides, drivers, and travel agencies, ensuring that I know the best hiking trails, scenic camping spots, and hidden gems where you can truly relax and enjoy nature.
Of course, there are many other tourism companies in Kyrgyzstan. However, as someone who was born and raised here, I know every stone, river, and tree—even the places where you can encounter wild animals. In Bishkek we rented a Toyota Sequoia from Yliaz for three weeks while traveling across Kyrgyzstan, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and incredibly supportive.
The car itself was in excellent condition – powerful, spacious, and perfect for long drives through Kyrgyzstan’s diverse terrain. Whether we were navigating mountain passes, driving through remote valleys, or cruising through cities, the vehicle performed flawlessly and gave us complete peace of mind.
What truly sets Yliaz apart, though, is his communication, kindness and support throughout the trip. Even though we traveled independently, he remained consistently available whenever we needed assistance or had questions. Whether it was helping with local information, giving route advice, or solving minor logistical issues, he was always just a message away – quick to respond, kind, and genuinely invested in our experience.

We rented Iliaz’s Toyota Sequoia for 12 days to do a trip around the south and east of Kyrgystan. If you are planning a road trip through the country, you definitely should think about a 4x4 since most of the roads are bumpy and require it.
The car was in perfect conditions and drove us very safe and comfortably through every single pathway. Additionally, Iliaz borrowed all sorts of camping gear which came in very handy on our trip.
He was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process and delivered and picked up the car where we were staying.

Natalie and her team were really nice people. They enjoyed their trip in Kyrgyzstan. They're professional hiking guys, so they organized hiking for themselves. Now, they're in Karakol for hiking to Ala -Kul lake. Our trip started with meeting in Balykchy and finished in Karakol

The experience I had with Iliyaz was nothing short of disastrous.
Mr. Iliyaz is not a driver but a tout, as he did not come personally but gave us a driver he did not even know personally, who turned out to be unprepared and very rude.
This driver had no idea of the itinerary; for example, once we met him at Torugart pass, around mid-afternoon, he thought he would take us to sleep in Song Kul, which was out of the question since we arrived in Naryn, which is halfway around 6:00 PM. Among other things, his only interest was making videos with his drone, stopping several times to play with it without asking us if it was okay for us since we were paying him!
The next day in Naryn we had to leave him, losing a lot of money that we had promptly paid, basically he answered us very badly to a simple question about the fact that he was late for the appointment. And with what had happened the day before we didn't want to continue the trip with this person named Anvar, totally unreliable. Imagine that once he left he had the courage to send us a message telling us not to speak badly of him because he had copies of our passports. He had received them from Iliyaz!
We called Iliyaz who arrived but he didn't care at all, he refunded us a little and didn't bother to find us an alternative to continue the trip leaving us alone.
We basically used the service for only one day instead of four, paying a lot and also losing the deposit paid to Indy Guide, to whom we wrote without receiving any feedback.
