Everything went very smoothly with Nuramon! Communication was very easy, and the 4WD ran perfectly throughout the trip — it was really reliable.

We had a fantastic trip and a big reason was because of the car. Masrur and Armani were very helpful whenever we needed, including crossing the border into Kazakhstan. They prepared all the necessary documents for us and were available whenever we had a problem. The car was perfect for all road conditions and very easy to drive. They dropped the car off for us in Bishkek and let us drive it all the way to Almaty where we met them again. Overall very friendly, spoke very good English and couldn’t recommend them more. Thanks a lot guys!
This guest was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. When they returned the car, they pointed out the damage to me immediately-I didn't even have to look for it. Masrur was a great host. The car was reliable and in good technical condition, and we were able to easily resolve one minor issue over the phone. Future guests, be careful when driving in Dushanbe — there are cameras around, and we received several fines after the fact for crossing a solid white line before traffic lights at intersections.

Masrur organised all the necessary documents for our Pamir Highway journey, and we had no issues at any of the checkpoints. He also arranged to pick up and drop off the car at convenient locations for us. When we experienced a problem with the car, he immediately organised a mechanic to fix it and replaced the spare tyre when needed.
Masrur was extremely responsive throughout the trip and was always willing to help with any request or issue we had. The Prado is a little older, but it handled everything the Pamir Highway threw at it without any trouble. I would definitely recommend hiring a car from Masrur.

What an amazing trip this has been. And Masrur and his car were a big contribution to how amazing the trip turned out!
It was so convenient that he provided us with all the camping gear we needed, which made our journey through the Pamirs so much easier. On top of that, Masrur’s care and support throughout the trip were exceptional—from checking in on the car’s mechanics after a few days to thoughtfully helping us figure out the most convenient drop-off location afterwards. Even the hardest part of the Pamir where no problem for his Prado.
If you're planning a trip to the Pamirs, we highly recommend renting with Masrur!

We were the first ones who rented his car and drove the Pamir highway ourselves. Our trip ended in Almaty where we returned the car. Masrur is a nice guy and very helpfull. He responded quickly during our trip and all necessary papers and permits for the car were arranged. We had no trouble at all at the police checks and borders. We even had a check up for the car in Khorog and got a new tire when we had a flat one.
Because we were the first ones not all necessary camping stuff was there yet. We went to the market together with Masrur to buy some basic stuff, but it's not complete yet (more comfortable chair, small table, wind shield for cooking and waterproof tent gear would be useful). Unfortunately the rooftop tent and ground tent were not waterproof and we had a lot of rain so we slept a lot of nights in the car itself.
We had a beautiful trip with a robust and reliable car. The tank with 170 liters was convenient as well
I’ve met two young ladies from Leliveld Nederland and they’ve been more experienced in travelling than I thought. My bad about waterproof tent that immediately needs to change and fortunately I’ve made a some sleeping adjustment inside for extreme weather. Anyway, thanks for their advice and I’ll do my best in a future for service our precious tourists.

We traveled with Masrur from September 9 to 16, 2025, starting in Dushanbe, going through the Pamirs all the way to Bulunkul Lake, and back. His car was in great condition and he’s a very skilled driver. He even brought a spare tire just in case for the tough Pamir roads.
Masrur is quick to notice any car issues and can fix things himself on the road, so our trip went very smoothly. He’s also super hospitable. We were four Chinese travelers who don’t speak English or the local language, but communication was easy because Masrur is very good at using WeChat translation to talk with us.
We are really happy with his service — everything exceeded our expectations. It was such a wonderful journey, and we would absolutely recommend Masrur to everyone planning a trip in Tajikistan!

We had a great trip with Masrurs car in the northern part of Tajikistan. He was very punctual, well organised and responsive. The car was in a good condition and very robust even on some rough roads. It has a modern navigation/communication system and he provided us with two spare wheels for some extra safety. We didn’t meet personally but it was easy to communicate and I think Lukas enjoyed the beautiful environment in some parts of Tajikistan and have a time to see the Pamir Highway on the future.
