It is very difficult to judge him. If I say about him Bad that is not fully correct, again if say good also not exactly right. The reason is that while in communication stage before finalising itinerary the number of days was 8 and rate agreed $100/- per day. Accordingly I deposited 10% of $800/-. After depositing I got his contact number and started communicating with whatsapp. During that time I modified his suggested itinerary and finalised 7 day programme with him. I told him that before leaving the country 1 day i want to take rest . Also informed him that on the rest day I have to change the hotel which is just outside of the Bishkek city. He replied me that he will help me for that. 2-3 days before the trip start he text me (after my repeated follow up for the confirmation) that the vehicle I choose for the trip is not available due to non availability of the spare parts. But he assured me that he will find out another car for the trip. I agreed since in such a short notice it was not easy to find out another driver cum guide, Met him in the airport and he transfer me the hotel in a mini van. Next day also we went for the sightseeing in that mini van. The car I didn't liked but didn't say much about since he told me he hired another car and to be used that one for the trip. But next day when I saw the car I told him that the car is not suitable for me and try to get better car. But I continued the trip with him. After coming from the trip that night at around 11 pm he informed me (after my several follow up with him ) that if I want another car for the remaining trip I have to pay $150/- per day. I didn't agree that offer. Then he told me that if I want can cancel the trip or to continue the trip with his mini van which he used for the first 2 days of the trip. Since it was very difficult to search for another driver cum guide in the midnight I agreed to finish the trip in his horrible condition mini van with same price agreed. To enjoy the trip I decided to keep quite about this car issue. Next few days it was good except the journey in that car which I didn't like. He was good with us, he showed us the beautiful part of the country. But the ugly part of the trip appeared on the last day when he dropped us in the airport. After reaching in the airport I gave him the balance amount $620/-( 7 days X 100 Minus deposit amount 80/-). But he demanded to pay $800/-. I tried to explain him that it should be 620/- but he not agreed with me . I requested him that I will discuss with him later and if I have to pay more will pay him the balance, not to worry about the money if it is really due. But he didn't listen and me and my wife felt very insulting in front of the other people in the airport. However I paid him $100 more at that time in the airport.Generally I do not like to write any bad remarks about any one . Also same time I must say that me and my wife really liked him and enjoyed the trip with him. I believe he is a good man . Do not know why he did like this. Is it due to his misunderstanding? Any way as a driver cum guide I can give him full marks. I wish him all the best in his profession.
