We recently booked a 6-day private driver service through Mukhamed for a tour around Son-Kol Lake and Issyk-Kul Lake, and we couldn't be happier with the experience!
From the beginning, communication with Mukhamed was outstanding. He was incredibly quick, clear, and responsive in answering all of our questions before and during the trip. We came with our own custom itinerary and arranged our accommodations independently, but Mukhamed was completely flexible and adaptable to our plan.
Our driver made a fantastic impression right from day one. Exactly as agreed, he spoke basic English—more than enough for everyday communication, smooth coordination, and a friendly atmosphere on the road. On top of that, Mukhamed remained fully available via message throughout the entire 6 days to support us whenever needed.
The trip went smoothly and seamlessly. We would love to return to Central Asia in the future to explore the Pamir Highway, and when we do, we will definitely rely on Mukhamed again. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed every single day and came home with so many beautiful memories. Kyrgyzstan completely stole our hearts, and a huge part of that is thanks to Muhamed and Bai.

We had the most wonderful experience travelling around Kyrgyzstan with our driver-guides, Ruslan and Mukhamed, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.
From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, reliable and accommodating. They were always punctual and ready to go exactly when agreed, which made the whole trip feel incredibly smooth and stress-free. We always felt completely safe and comfortable with them, including during the longer journeys and on the mountain roads.
What really made the trip special was their fantastic local knowledge. They knew Kyrgyzstan so well and took us to beautiful places, viewpoints and stops along the way that we otherwise might have missed. They were also extremely flexible with our itinerary and always happy to adapt our plans depending on what we wanted to see or how we were feeling that day. It never felt like we were simply being driven from one destination to another — they really helped us experience the country.
Above all, Ruslan and Mukhamed were genuinely warm, thoughtful and caring throughout our holiday. We were travelling as a family, and they always made sure we were comfortable and well looked after and helped my mum with the hikes also.
Kyrgyzstan is an incredibly beautiful country, and Ruslan and Mukhamed played such a big part in making our holiday so memorable. We are so grateful to them both and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, dependable and kind driver-guides to explore Kyrgyzstan with.

He was so much more than just a driver – he was our guide, translator, and problem-solver all in one. He helped us adjust our itinerary along the way, found us affordable and really good accommodation, and talked to locals to get us the best tips. He always recommended great restaurants nearby, and since we told him we were traveling on a budget, he made sure everything fit within it.

As already mentioned, it was not Mukhamed. His brother, a reasonable driver but not a guide. Was not interested in doing more than the minimum which was getting us from place to place. We also almost got into an accident on the last day. We wanted a knowledgeable english speaking GUIDE who would have our best interest at heart when showing us around. We met other guides on the journey who explained things to us while our driver tried to find answers on his phone and tried to translate. Nice person but not what we paid for.

I’m sorry that you were not satisfied with the tour. However, I would like to clarify a few important points.
Before the tour, I clearly informed you several times that I would not be the driver and that my brother would accompany you instead. You agreed to this before confirming the booking.
Throughout our communication, I answered all of your questions, explained the itinerary, the payment process, and every expected expense in detail. Despite this, it often seemed that no matter how many explanations I provided, you remained dissatisfied.
You booked an English-speaking driver, not a licensed professional guide. My brother did his best to make your trip comfortable and enjoyable. Whenever he wasn’t sure about something, he preferred to look up accurate information rather than provide incorrect facts.
I’m also surprised by your comments because during the tour you never raised these concerns directly. If there had been any issues, we would have done our best to resolve them immediately.
We respect every review, but we also believe it’s important that it reflects the service that was actually agreed upon and provided.

We traveled through Osh on our way to Tajikistan to explore the Pamir Mountains. Mukhamed and his friend Oltyn met us at the airport and helped us cross the Kyrgyz–Tajik border.
Honestly, we never expected such a warm welcome. Even though the journey took around 8 hours, by the end of the trip, we felt like we had made two new friends.
Mukhamed is an excellent driver. Despite traveling on some very challenging and dangerous mountain roads, we always felt completely safe. He also has extensive knowledge of the history of both Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, as well as the Pamir Mountains, which made the journey even more interesting. Oltyn was incredibly friendly and had a great sense of humor. Both of them were polite, respectful, and always willing to help. They even assisted us with obtaining our GBAO permit, which made crossing the border smooth and hassle-free.
The LC100 itself is an absolute beast on the Pamir Highway. It was in excellent condition, spotlessly clean, ran smoothly, and handled every part of the route with ease.
Thank you both for your kindness and hospitality. You made this trip truly unforgettable. We originally saw Kyrgyzstan as just a transit country, but thanks to you, we left wanting to come back and explore it properly. The next time we visit Kyrgyzstan, we'll definitely book with Mukhamed again!

The itinerary we created together was fantastic. It perfectly balanced trekking, nature, remote landscapes, and cultural experiences. We had a great trip to Kyrgyzstan (7 days) and Kazakhstan (4 days) booked via Mukhamed for our family. Jom takencare of Kyrgyzstan trip. He has guided and takencare of us well for the whole trip.
While for Kazakh they arranged it via their friends wherein some miss communication was there but Mukhamed and Jom takencare of it and made sure we had pleasant trip. We didnt paid any single penny extra against our agreed final price before our trip.

Mukhamed and his brother were really helpful with information regarding the car rental right from the start of communication, during the car rental, and all the way to the end of our trip. Negotiating the pick-up and drop-off times and locations was easy, the car was great, and they were available by phone and WhatsApp during the whole time we rented the car for any information or help we needed.
As someone who traveled and drove through quite a bit of the world, I was a bit skeptical renting a car not via a car rental company, but this proved to be wrong as the rental went smoothly and perfectly and everything was as we had initially agreed. Would definitely recommend!

We communicated entirely in Turkish throughout the journey and thanks to his excellent language skills, everything went smoothly. Speaking Turkish made it much easier for me to connect with locals and experience the culture more deeply.

Traveling by Lada Niva is smt truly special, especially if you want to feel that authentic Kyrgyz village and mountain vibe. I drove from Osh to Tulpar Kul, and the car handled the mountain roads really well.
Tulpar Kul was absolutely breathtaking, the crystal-clear water, dramatic mountains all around, and total silence. It felt untouched and pure nature. The atmosphere was peaceful and had that raw, nomadic beauty that makes Kyrgyzstan so special.

Mukhammed was an exceptional contact—helpful even before our arrival by assisting with visas, and consistently checking in throughout the trip. We couldn't have asked for better support.
However, we had some issues with the company. His boss, Erali, was sometimes unreasonable, and the Niva we rented— while charming — had a comoletely worn brake pad, despite claims it had been serviced.
We highly recommend Mukhammed but advise caution when renting a car. Ensure it's properly checked and that Mukhammed remains your main point of contact.

We have arranged transportation for four individuals traveling from Bishkek to Osh, then from Osh to Dushanbe, and finally from Dushanbe to Khujand, coordinated by Mukhamad. Our journey commenced with Mukhamad accompanying us from Bishkek to Osh, followed by his brother who assisted during our travel from Osh to the Tajikistan border. Subsequently, other drivers transported us from the border to Khujand.
