We had an amazing time traveling from Dushanbe to Osh in the Lexus! The car was reliable and comfortable, we didn't have any problems during the 13 days that we rented the car. The car was delivered to us in Dushanbe without any issues and well on time! Nur helped us very well along the trip (when we had trouble finiding a working gas station for example) and communication was very smooth during the whole experience. We booked well in advance and had no issues whatsoever! Amazing experience made possible by a car that could easily handle the demanding terrain! The Lexus took us on one of the best trips ever! We had a wonderful and unforgettable trip to Kyrgyzstan planned by Nuraiym. All locations were special, spectacular, and suiting our abilities. I had read quite a few negative experiences about renting cars in the Pamir, especially regarding difficult handovers and unexpected extra costs. So, in that sense, my experience with Nuraiym was actually very positive. From the beginning, communication was easy, clear and reassuring. Everything around the car and the service felt straightforward, and we never had any hidden costs. The Osh–Khorog one-way rental also worked perfectly for our itinerary and saved us quite a bit of money. There were a few things that made the experience less ideal, though. One day before the rental, we were asked for a detailed itinerary and told that not following it strictly could result in “significant fines.” For a remote off-road trip, this felt a little uncomfortable, since flexibility is important when road and weather conditions can change. The engine warning light was also already on when we picked up the car. We were told it was nothing to worry about, but given how remote some parts of the trip are, it was naturally a bit concerning. The car felt to run with half power! There was also some confusion about the return date, but this was clarified without any major issue. Overall, the trip went well, and compared to many other experiences I had read about, I’m still very happy we chose Nuraiym. Especially when it comes to the handover, communication and avoiding unexpected costs, our experience was positive.

Nuraiyim was excellent : very responsive and caring organizer. She works with her father Suiun who was our driver for 6 days from Bishkek to Issyk-Kul and back. Suiun is a great and safe driver and was very accoodating to any of our requests during the trip - driving times, stops - in addition he also suggested some great local food stops and was helping us with the change of accomodation reservations. Nuraiyim was proactively managing the route, warning us on the upcoming road closures and helping us lock the alternative plans. All in all it was an amazing, care-free experience as it relates to driving, enabling us to entirely focus on the beauty of Kyrgystan. Warmly recommended.

Our family was so lucky to have Suiun and Nuraiym for our 8-day Dushanbe to Osh Pamir trip. Nuraiym, our main point of contact, was always so patient, kind, and quick to respond. It genuinely felt like she cared about making our trip as special as possible, rather than just organising another tour. Although our plans changed a few times, she was incredibly understanding and flexible, helping us adjust everything without ever making it feel like a hassle. She paired us with our driver, Suiun, who was wonderful throughout the trip. He was calm, friendly, and an excellent driver, and we always felt safe on the mountain roads. He was also happy to stop whenever we wanted to take photos or explore somewhere along the way. A huge thank you to both of them for helping us create such unforgettable memories. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nuraiym to anyone visiting the Pamirs, and I hope to return one day and travel with them again.

Renting from Nuraiym was a fantastic experience. She was highly responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. It was one of the best tour experience I have ever had. The guide and driver is nice, caring, familiar with Kyrgyzstan, and most importantly professional. They can deliver our requirements perfectly with tailor made experience. Moreover, the car is so comfortable and stable. We needed to run through a lot if canyon and mountain, and the car is so comfortable that we feel very safe even in such condition. Moreover, we can see how they enjoy the trip by themselves, which is for us crucial. They once said "If we are happy, they are happy." But seeing how they enjoy as a tour guide, seeing how happy they were during the trip, seeing their passion, we truly feel their happiness and therefore we are happy.

We had this driver for 10 days during our trip to Kyrgyzstan. He was polite, courteous, and always ready to drive us anywhere we wanted to go. His driving was safe and reliable, and he never hesitated to accommodate our requests. The only challenge was communication, as language was a barrier and sometimes it was difficult to explain our needs. Overall, a respectful and cooperative driver who made our journey comfortable, though better communication in English would have made the experience even smoother.
