Salayev runs a small transfer and taxi service based in Uzbekistan, focused on getting travelers between Bukhara, Khiva and Urgench.

The main service is private transfers between Bukhara and Khiva, along with pickups and drop-offs at Urgench International Airport and the Khiva and Urgench railway stations, plus city transfers within Bukhara and Khiva. A message to a traveler also shows longer routes arranged on request, such as a pickup in Tashkent with a drive all the way to Urgench, and transfers toward the Turkmenistan border via the Shovot district.

Vehicles are air-conditioned and well maintained, and pickup is door-to-door at the hotel. Routes, timing and price are worked out directly with each traveler depending on the pickup point and number of passengers.
