I am an experienced tour operator with more than 5 years of experience. Over the years, I have encountered many different situations and learned how to solve problems. There is one rule in our work: "In the tourism business, the client is always right." We are used to working with our local partners as if we were the parents of our tourists. Therefore, we maintain 24/7 communication with guides, drivers and instructors while our clients are using our services.
When we receive our clients at the Tashkent airport, sometimes I go with our driver to meet them myself. I really like to communicate with them in their language, I speak English, Spanish and Russian.
Usually, I am very enthusiastic about managing tours and services, putting myself in my clients' shoes and trying to give more than they expect and pay. In my opinion, tourism is not just a type of business, it is a huge responsibility to your life experience. Every tour operator should respect the time of their clients, because it is part of their precious life and how to spend it depends 99% on our work. And the remaining 1% is force majeure.
