We could have nice time with Zhanara during our tour to Burabay National Park. Since it was Sunday when we visited the park, there were quite many families around the lake, but she could show us major sights without any problems. Her English is quite good and we could learn a lot about Kazakhstan country and Astana city.
Zhanara is a good organiser and, as I discovered, has “been there before” in practically all the destinations in Kazakhstan that have attracted my interest. She speaks English well so it is pretty easy to communicate with her in writing or by voice, and so get the benefit of her considerable knowledge of Kazakh history and culture. Zhanara also used her knowledge and contacts to negotiate very good prices with local hotels. Overall - I’ll contact Zhanara in advance of my next visit to Kazakhstan!
