We had a great 2 day horse trek with Zholdosh! When we arrived we were met by his lovely family who we enjoyed getting to know, especially his children who are great fun! On our first day Zholdosh took us on some friendly routes through the valleys and mountains where we then stopped for a picnic on luscious green grass amongst some horses, nearby the river! On day 2, we began trekking through some valleys and we then went high into the mountains, through some cows where we saw the sheppards working and some amazing views! Again we had a lovely picnic up high before beginning our trek downwards some challenging terrain and paths! The horses were lovely. Zholdosh also took us to his farm and garden to see. The house we stayed in was lovely, and on our final night we went to the beach by the lake with the whole family! Great atmosphere. Very fun times!

It was my first experience here on the platform and I couldn't have had a better and more positive experience. From the first message I contacted Zholdosh, he explained all the details of the tour and other questions I had about how to get to his village. So I booked it for my husband and I, and everything was incredible. I had no experience riding horses, but even so, he taught us and we were able to have an excellent tour. In addition to the spectacular landscapes, we had a sunny day and it was really fantastic. I felt that communication was always very good and clear, instilling a lot of confidence on his part. We stayed at his inn and everything in the room was very clean and organized, I felt the care taken with every detail. The meals were also always very plentiful and his wife always made sure to leave the table very organized and I felt that everything was prepared with great care, I have no words to describe it. For me, the tour was an incredible experience and it was great to get to know a little more about Kyrgyzstan and this welcoming and kind family. I also loved meeting his children and their parents, very friendly people. I would love to see them again.

The home-cooked meals were delicious and gave me a real taste of local life. As a solo traveler with no horse riding experience, I felt completely safe and supported on the tour. I had the privilege of staying with Zholdosh for six unforgettable days in his newly built accommodation, located near his family home. The facilities were pristine, modern, and immaculately maintained, providing the perfect blend of comfort and authenticity. His wife, a warm and gracious host, prepared the most incredible meals—every dish was a delight, showcasing traditional Kyrgyz flavors with a homemade touch. Zholdosh and his family own a farm, and one of the highlights of my stay was an incredible horseback excursion into the surrounding valleys. The horses were calm, well-trained, and clearly well cared for. We ascended to a breathtaking peak, where the panoramic views of Kyrgyzstan’s wild landscapes stretched endlessly before us. From there, we ventured even higher in search of the region’s elusive wildlife. Thanks to Zholdosh’s extensive experience in leopard conservation and animal tracking, we spotted an astonishing array of creatures—from majestic yaks to wolves and other native species. His knowledge of the land and its wildlife was nothing short of remarkable. Beyond the horseback adventures, we covered vast distances in his sturdy 4x4, exploring hidden gems of the region that most travelers would never get to see. Every day was filled with new discoveries, and Zholdosh’s expertise and passion for his homeland made the experience even more enriching. More than just a guide, Zholdosh is a warm, insightful, and genuinely caring individual who goes above and beyond to ensure his guests have an unforgettable experience. Whether you’re an adventure seeker, a wildlife enthusiast, or simply looking for an authentic Kyrgyz experience, staying with Zholdosh is an absolute must.
