From here, your hike starts, taking you through scenic valleys, traditional Berber villages, terraced fields, and fragrant juniper forests. Along the way, you’ll enjoy the hospitality of the local Berber people. After 5 hours of hiking, you’ll arrive at the Toubkal Refuge, located at 3,207 meters. Here, you'll have a meal and rest in preparation for the ascent the following day.
Day 2: Toubkal Refuge to the Summit and Return After an early breakfast, you’ll start the final push towards the summit of Mount Toubkal. This 7.5-hour hike will take you across rocky terrain and, depending on the season, you might encounter snow or ice. Upon reaching the summit, you’ll be rewarded with sweeping 360-degree views of the surrounding peaks. After a moment of reflection, you’ll return to the Toubkal Refuge for a brief rest before continuing your descent back to Imlil. A final 1.5-hour transfer will bring you back to Marrakech.
