Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to Waliso, Ethiopia
In the early morning, we depart to Lake Wenchi. Here you can do some horseback riding or hiking around this stunning crater lake. Another option is to take a boat trip on the lake to visit the island monastery of Cherkos and the hot springs. 1 night - Weliso or yurt stays lake district ( in the farmers hut).
Day 2: Menagesha, Ethiopia to Addis Ababa Bole Airport, Ethiopia, አዲስ አበባ
After breakfast, We drive to the Menagesha National Forest for some hiking. Here you will enjoy the wildlife, such as the colobus monkeys and endemic Menelik’s bushbuck, as well as birds, including the endemic Ethiopian oriole and Abyssinian woodpecker. We return to Addis Ababa in the afternoon. At night you will enjoy a goodbye meal with live Ethiopian traditional music before we transfer you to the airport.

What to know
I suggest a walking tour if you are interested in social life, living conditions, problems, development projects, politics and the many an told stories of the tribal people. That would allow you time to visit with families and observe their daily- life activities. It is good way to experience real life in Ethiopia. The above itineray is an ideal normal touristic tout. But there will be many more things to do and place to visit. I prefer not to list them all here. That way I can keep your interests and desires as the focal point for the final itinerary. Possibly, the unwritten part of our trip will be the best part of all.
