Experience one of the world's most exclusive space destinations on a unique journey to the legendary Baikonur Cosmodrome.
This tour offers rare access to one of the most important spaceports in history, where humanity's first steps into space began. You'll explore launch facilities, engineering complexes, the historic Gagarin's Start launch pad, the Buran spacecraft assembly complex, monuments dedicated to the pioneers of space exploration, and other restricted areas that are normally inaccessible to the public. The itinerary also includes the opportunity to witness a live rocket launch (subject to the official launch schedule).
Due to the restricted status of Baikonur, all permits are arranged in advance by our team. We take care of the entire process, allowing you to focus on the experience.
The journey begins and ends in Kyzylorda and includes accommodation, transportation, guided visits according to the program, entrance permits, and meals as specified in the itinerary.
Please note that Baikonur is a restricted territory. Advance registration is mandatory, and passport information must be submitted before arrival to obtain official access permits. The itinerary may be adjusted depending on launch schedules, security requirements, or operational conditions at the cosmodrome.

Day 1: Кызылорда, Казахстан

Day 2: Кызылорда, Казахстан to Космодром Байконур, Казахстан
We depart from Kyzylorda at 6:00 AM and travel approximately 255 km to the legendary Baikonur Cosmodrome. A packed breakfast prepared by the hotel will be provided for the journey. Today's program includes visits to some of the most important facilities of the cosmodrome. You'll explore the dynamic testing stand of the Energia-M launch vehicle, the assembly and fueling complex of the Buran space shuttle, the historic Gagarin's Start launch pad, and the command center. You'll also visit the memorial dedicated to the military and civilian test personnel who lost their lives at Launch Site No. 41, the monument to Mikhail Yangel, and see the RD-0120 liquid rocket engine. The tour continues with documentary screenings about the Zenit-M Space Rocket Complex and the tragic events at Launch Site No. 41. You'll also see the transporter-erector vehicle, visit the Soyuz-5 (Sunkar) launch complex, the remains of the destroyed launch pad, and continue to the KazCosmos observation point. Depending on the official launch schedule, you will witness a live rocket launch from the designated viewing area. After the launch, we return to Kyzylorda for an overnight stay at the hotel. Lunch and dinner are included during the day.
Day 3: Кызылорда, Казахстан
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and meet your guide at the hotel reception at 9:00 AM. The day begins with a visit to the Kyzylorda Regional Museum of History and Local Lore (this visit may be scheduled on Day 1 depending on arrival time). If your flight schedule allows, you'll also enjoy a sightseeing tour of Kyzylorda, discovering the city's history, culture, and main landmarks before your transfer to the airport and the end of the tour.

What to know
• This tour is available only on official rocket launch dates published by the launch authorities. • During rocket launch periods, the itinerary, visiting schedule, access to certain facilities, and the tour price may be subject to change depending on the operational requirements of the Baikonur Cosmodrome and the launch schedule. • Please note that rocket launches may be postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled by the launch authorities due to technical, operational, safety, security, weather-related, or other unforeseen reasons. Such decisions are made exclusively by the competent authorities and are beyond the control of the tour organizer. Official launch schedules may also include reserve launch dates. • Baikonur is a restricted area. Access to the city of Baikonur and the Baikonur Cosmodrome is permitted only with officially approved entry passes issued in advance by the competent authorities. • Applications for entry permits must be submitted before the planned travel date. Processing time is up to **14 days** for citizens of **Kazakhstan and Russia**, and up to **30 days** for citizens of all other countries. • A **30% non-refundable deposit** is required at the time of signing the tour agreement. This deposit covers the processing of entry permits and reservation of tour services and remains non-refundable under any circumstances, including refusal or cancellation by the traveler after the permit application has been submitted. • Due to the special security regulations of the Baikonur Cosmodrome, all visitors are required to comply with the official rules of conduct while on the territory of the city and the cosmodrome. Each participant is personally responsible for complying with these regulations. • Children must remain under the constant supervision of their parents or accompanying adults throughout the tour. When visiting restricted or potentially hazardous areas, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. • Photography and videography are permitted only in designated areas and in accordance with the regulations of the Baikonur Cosmodrome. The use of professional filming equipment, drones, or commercial filming may require additional authorization. • The final itinerary, timing, and access to specific facilities may be modified by the Baikonur administration or other competent authorities without prior notice due to operational or security requirements.
