Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Tashkent, Uzbekistan to Karamazar, Uzbekistan
1 Day. Early departure from Tashkent to Chimgan village 90 km 1 hr 30 mins. After arrival Chimgan village tourism base, we take horses and prepare things for horseback riding. We begin from Surpa and descent to Marble river after watering horses we go up to Sunny meadow then continue our riding to Urta Kumbel ( H=1830m) then we descent to Beldersai river ( H=1720m) where we have lunch and rest to the horses. After rest we ascent to Chetkumbel pass (H=1850m) then we reach to Nurik ata vally and follow the downstream. After several hours riding on country side road we reach to the bridge where we set our tents and overnight there. We make fire and cook food ( H=1270m) .
Day 2: Karamazar, Uzbekistan to Chimgan, Uzbekistan
2 Day. We get up early in the morning and cook hiking porridges and hot coffee. Set our camping gears up and start riding. Today we will have very adventurous riding from river crossing to climbing, ascent and descents. After several hours riding along the river we reach to the shelter (H=1500m) of mountain bee farmer where we give rest to our horses. Then start ascending to Chet Kumbel Pass (H=1840m) Finally we reach to the spring water near the 1000-year-old tree where we have lunch. After rest we travers along the Kumbel mountain and reach to Skii slope and on the narrow good path, we ascent to the huge rock along the forest and after half an hour we reach to big alpine meadow(H=1800m) where we can canter, then we go down to the marble gorge for lunch and we give rest to our horses. After rest continue our riding by ascending to Urta Kumble (H=1840m) followed by quick descent to Beldersai Valley (H=1590). We cross the river and on the wide meadow we reach Yakka Archa (H=1750m) and up to Chet Kumbel (H=1880m). we set our tents and prepare for camping near the river. 5-6 hours’ horse riding with lunch.
Day 3: Chimgan, Uzbekistan to Chorvoq, Uzbekistan
3 Day. Breakfast. Start riding along the meadow we have descending. After an hour riding we will reach to the Beladersai river bridge and having crossed it we take ride side and start ascending toward to Uchterak village lunch near the village. We go through the village and meet with locals and cross the Galvaysai river (H=1350m) and ascend to Akshuran Pass (H=1760) and we reach to cantering area. And afternoon along we ride along the crest of the ridge through the undulating red cliff (Kyzyljar) (H-1845 Whole day in our last day horseback tour we keep riding on the top of ridges, so today is quite panoramic. After several hours walk we reach to the peak “last” where you can see Charvak lake, then we rest and walk down to the hotel Chorvak Oromgohi (H = 950m.) where we meet with our driver. We farewell to our horseman Papa Bear and his brother, we return to Tashkent (L = 100 km; T = 1 hour 30 minutes). Arrival to Tashkent and overnight. 5-6 hours’ horse riding with lunch. Note: In case of bad weather guides reserve the right to change the route. Difficulty: Medium Type: Linear (begins and ends at different points)
