Iskandarkul, surrounded by majestic mountains, amazes with its turquoise surface and legends about the great Alexander the Great.

The road to the 7 lakes runs through picturesque gorges and green valleys, revealing stunning panoramas.
Each of the 7 reservoirs has its own unique shade, changing depending on the weather and lighting.
In Penjikent, you can immerse yourself in the history of the ancient city by visiting the ruins, museums and the local market.
Here you can try traditional dishes such as pilaf, fresh "non" bread and aromatic tea with local herbs.

Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Sarazm, Панҷакент, Tajikistan to Sem' Ozer - Tourist base Seven Lakes Travel, Marguzar, Tajikistan
In the morning 4x4 jeep driver and a guide meet you at the border. Next we go to seven lakes (the journey will take 1.5-2 hours). We reach the 4th lake (1850m) and stop at a guesthouse. After lunch we go to explore all lakes. From the 6th to 7th (2400m)lake will be a short hike. Then we will come back to 4th lake and look around the lake and get to know the locals (customs, way of life in the highlands, cuisine). This day will be an acclimitation day. Day 2: Seven Lakes, Tajikistan to Iskanderkul, Tajikistan
At 8:30 am after breakfast we will go to Iskandarkul. In lunch time we arrive to Iskandarkul Lake. The journey will take 3-4 hours. Upon arrival to Iskandarkul and visit the famous Waterfall (45m), a snake lake, the lake itself, which visitors call the pearl of the Fann Mountains. Lunch in a restaurant with a unique view of the lakes. After lunch, time to enjoy and relax by the lake. At 15:00 we leave to the village of Sarytag to get acquainted with the life, lifestyle, customs of the local residents, and of course with the history of how they ended up living in such depths of the mountains and why. Dinner and overnight at the guesthouse
Day 3: Iskanderkul, Tajikistan to Panjakent, Tajikistan
At 9:00 after breakfast we will go to Penjikent. This day we have a cultural tour to Sarazm ancient- Sarazm is the oldest settlement of the sedentary peoples of Central Asia, who lived from the fourth millennium to the end of the third millennium BC. In 2010 it was included in the list of World Heritage Sites. Local Bazaar - The central bazaar in the east is a magical place. In this bazaar you can try local delicacies like fruits, vegetables and sweets made by local artisans. The peculiarity of this bazaar is that all vegetables and fruits are exclusively local and do not contain chemicals. Central Mosque- Mosque named after Khoja Muhammadi Bashchoro - an Arab scientist who came to these parts in the 14th-15th centuries to teach the inhabitants Islam. Up to 10,000 people can pray in this mosque at the same time Museum of Rudaki – was founded by Decree of the Government of the Tajik SSR in 1958. As Penjikent is a birthplace of Abu Abdallah Rudaki, considered by many to be the father of Persian Poetry. The museum has 8 exhibitionhalls, consisting of 3 departments. Ancient Penjikent - The settlement of Ancient Penjikent is located in the vicinity of the modern city of Penjikent and is a unique monument of the early Middle Ages. In the 5th-8th centuries it was the easternmost of the cities of Sogd, an ancient country in Central Asia inhabited by Sogdians who spoke one of the eastern Iranian languages. Day 4: Panjakent, Tajikistan to "Sarazm" Border checkpoint, Tajikistan
In the morning after breakfast at 10:00 we go to the border and it’s time to say goodbye
