Upon arrival, we will meet you at the airport and take you to the 5-star Rahat Palace Hotel, located in the heart of Almaty. You will have plenty of time to relax and enjoy some free time to stroll around the city in the evening.
Day 2: Rahat Palace Hotel, Almaty, Kazakhstan to Medeo Rink, Almaty, Kazakhstan
Embark on a journey to the legendary Medeo, the world's highest skating rink perched at an altitude of 1691 meters above sea level! Uncover the secrets behind Medeo's iconic status and its reputation as a "Factory of World Records". For the adventurous at heart, we offer an optional hike up the legendary Medeu Health Trail (842 steps) during spring, summer, and autumn. This exhilarating experience takes you to the Medeu dam, where you'll be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of the Zailisky Alatau mountains and the Medeu skating rink. Soar above the clouds on a breathtaking cable car ride to Shymbulak ski resort, perched at an altitude where eagles soar. This tour can be customized. Please get in touch with me. To guarantee your place in a high-demand hotel, we recommend booking your tour at least one month in advance. Children and teenagers can be accommodated for an additional fee. Early check-in and late check-out are possible for an additional fee. For groups of 8 people or more, the tour price is lower (please specify in the correspondence when ordering the tour). As a licensed tour operator, we can provide the necessary closing documents for accounting upon request, as well as organize outbound tours for corporate clients. For an additional fee, it is possible to make changes to the tour program and extend the tour program. Cancellation of the tour booking with a refund of the booking cost is possible no later than 7 calendar days before the arrival at the hotel.
