Upon arrival at Panama International Airport, our team will offer you a warm welcome and personalized assistance with your transfer to your selected hotel. Day 2: Panamá to Canal de Panamá, Panamá
After a buffet breakfast, you’ll embark on a fascinating tour of Panama City, a vibrant capital full of contrasts between modern skyscrapers, historic neighborhoods, and spectacular ocean views. During the tour, you’ll visit the city’s most iconic landmarks and the famous Panama Canal Visitor Center, one of the world’s most impressive engineering feats. Day 3: Portobelo, Panamá to Mamey, Panamá
After breakfast, depart for the province of Colón to embark on an adventure in the Panamanian Caribbean. Along the way, you’ll stop at the historic ruins of Portobelo, a place steeped in colonial history and cultural heritage. Later, you’ll enjoy a boat tour through tropical mangroves and crystal-clear waters, visiting a beautiful natural pool ideal for relaxing and connecting with nature. Day 5: Provincia de Coclé, Panamá to Panamá
After breakfast, depart for the province of Coclé to enjoy an experience rich in nature and tradition. You’ll begin a hike along a beautiful waterfall trail surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, where you can enjoy unique natural landscapes and refreshing pools of crystal-clear water. Afterward, you’ll enjoy a delicious traditional lunch accompanied by a local natural beverage. The adventure continues with an authentic cultural experience, learning about the artisanal crafting of the traditional Sombrero Pintado, one of Panama’s most iconic cultural expressions. What to know
PAYMENT To confirm the agreed travel contract, a non-refundable prepayment of 30% of the costs per person must be paid. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 90 days before departure for the travel. If the client concludes his travel arrangements with RT less than 60 days before the departure, the tour must be paid in full immediately. RESIGNATION BY THE CUSTOMER Customers can withdraw from the contract at any time before the tour begins, but this must be done in writing. Refunds are subject to specific cancellation guidelines due to pre-tour costs incurred by Responsible Travel (RT). Cancellation fees for custom itinerary tours may vary and will be specified by a Responsible Travel Specialist consultant before reservation. Specific Refund Policies for Cancelled Tours: For mainland tours in a South American destination: • 90 days or more before departure: Full refund, excluding a nonrefundable prepayment of 30%. • From 89 to 60 days before departure: Refund of 50% of the travel price. • From 59 to 40 days before departure: Refund of 40% of the travel price. • From 39 to 31 days before departure: Refund of 30% of the travel price. • From 30 days until departure date: 0% will be refunded.
