Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1: Merv, Turkmenistan to Margush Hotel, Mary, Turkmenistan

9.00-10.00 Meet tourists at the Farab border, passing customs formalities. trip to the city of Mary. Upon arrival, excursion to Ancient Merv: Merv, located on the former banks of the Murghab River, was the most important Silk Road center in the region, and especially as the regional capital under the Seljuk governor Sanjar. Merv is the name of five urban centers that existed under different names in different periods from the 6th century. BC e. until the 18th century n. e. Day 2: Ashgabat, Turkmenistan to Ertugrul Gazi Mosque, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan

Sightseeing tour of Ashgabat with a visit to the Ertogrul Gazi Mosque in honor of Ertogrul, the father of Osman I, the founder of the Ottoman Empire. Independence Park, this park is one of the city's landmarks, embodying the spirit of modern Turkmenistan. The Arch of Neutrality is an observation deck. National Museum - The 9 history halls of the museum, opened in 1998, house the main collection of the country's artifacts discovered at various excavations in Turkmenistan. Nisa Historical Park - Situated on a natural high platform at the foot of the Kopet Dag Mountains, Nisa owes its importance to the early Parthian rulers who took control of the area in the 3rd century. Day 3: Kow Ata, Turkmenistan to Nokhur, Turkmenistan

Breakfast in the hotel. A trip to the underground lake Kov-Ata, located 107 km from Ashgabat. Translated from the Turkmen language, the name “Kow-Ata” means “Father of Caves.” The total length of the cave is 230m, its height reaches 20 m, and the width in some places is 57 m. The bottom of the cave is covered with lumps of dissolved limestone (stalagmites), and its warm and gushing water is clear and emerald in color. The water has a constant temperature of 33-37°C. Next to the village of Nokhur. The village itself fills a small depression valley in the mountains of the Kopet Dag range, and the houses are built from local boulders cemented with mud. Day 4: Balkanabat, Turkmenistan to Yangykala Canyon, Tersakkan, Turkmenistan

Breakfast at the hotel, visit to a picturesque natural site - the Yangi Kala canyons, located 165 km north of Balkanabat to 160 km east of Turkmenbashi. “Yangi Kala” is translated from Turkmen as “Fiery Fortress”. Indeed, the steep cliffs of white, yellow, ocher, violet and red, intricately carved by winds and rains, are very similar to stone castles from fantasy. Once upon a time, the bottom of the canyons was the bottom of an ancient sea. Gözli Ata is one of the most remote places of pilgrimage in Turkmenistan. Its surroundings are also some of the most beautiful. It sits in the center of a natural bowl, surrounded by escarpments of bands of pink and white stone. Reportedly, Gözli Ata was a respected Sufi who lived in the early 14th century. His Mausoleum is a brick building with two white domes, standing in an old cemetery containing many beautifully carved stone tombs. Continuing the route to the city of Turkmenbashi. Day 5: Turkmenbashi, Turkmenistan to Ashgabat, Turkmenistan

Transfer to the Airport for a local flight to Ashgabat at 10:25/11:20. Trip to Darvaza with a visit to the village of Yerbent on the way. Darvaza: - the center of a gas-rich region in the heart of the Karakum Desert, attracts travelers from all over the world with its unique burning crater, which offers a particularly spectacular view in the evening. Constantly – Micro Bus Breakfast in the hotel. Lunch – at a local restaurant.Dinner - in a tent. Overnight in a Tent or Yurt.

Day 6: Darvaza Gas Crater - "Door to Hell", Derweze, Turkmenistan to Köneürgench, Turkmenistan

After breakfast in Darvaza, go on an excursion to Kone-Urgench under the auspices of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, which was an important center of the Silk Road on the Oxus River and the capital of the Khorezm Empire (12th century AD), until its destruction. Excursions: Mausoleum of Nehameddin Kubra, mausoleum of Sultan Ali. Further visit: Turabek Khanum, Kutlug Timur Minaret, Mausoleum of Sultan Tekesh, Mausoleum of Il Arslan, Mamun the second minaret. Constantly – Micro bus Breakfast is picnic style. Lunch – at a local restaurant,Dinner – at a local restaurant. Overnight at a hotel – Dashoguz-4* or similar.

Day 7: Daşoguz Region, Turkmenistan to Hotel Şabat, Dashoguz, Turkmenistan
