Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Ашхабад, Туркменистан
08:00–10:00 – Arrival at Ashgabat International Airport and transfer to the hotel. 10:00–12:00 – Hotel check-in, rest and refresh. 12:00–13:00 – Lunch featuring traditional Turkmen cuisine. 13:00–15:00 – Family relaxation time at the hotel. 15:00–16:00 – Fun introduction to Turkmenistan with a family challenge: learn a few Turkmen words and discover local traditions. 16:30–18:30 – Ashgabat discovery drive, including white-marble avenues, fountains and photo stops. Possible stops: Independence Monument area and Arch of Neutrality. 18:30–20:30 - Dinner. 20:30–21:30 – Optional short evening drive through illuminated Ashgabat; return to hotel. Overnight in Ashgabat.
Day 2: Ашхабад, Туркменистан
08:00–09:00 – Breakfast at the hotel. 09:00–10:00 – Drive to the Gökdepe countryside. 10:00–12:00 – Meet the Akhal-Teke horses, learn about the breed and its role in Turkmen culture; supervised feeding and a gentle riding experience may be available. 12:00–13:00 – Traditional Turkmen lunch. 13:00–14:00 – Family games inspired by Turkmen traditions and equestrian heritage. 14:00–15:00 – Hands-on souvenir workshop, including a painted shopper masterclass. 15:00–16:00 – Tamdyr bread experience: learn how traditional chörek is prepared and baked. 16:00–17:00 – Scenic countryside stops and views towards the Kopet Dag mountains. 17:00–18:00 – Return to Ashgabat. Evening at leisure. Overnight in Ashgabat.
Day 3: Ашхабад, Туркменистан to Каракум Десерт, Туркменистан
07:30–08:30 – Breakfast at the hotel. 08:30–12:00 – Drive from Ashgabat into the Karakum Desert, with scenic stops en route. 12:00–13:30 – Meet Bactrian camels and enjoy a camel-riding experience where available; short desert exploration and family challenge. 13:30–14:30 – Traditional lunch in the desert. 14:30–16:30 – Explore the desert landscape, with time for short walks, sand games and photography. 16:30–17:30 – Arrival and check-in at the desert camp. 17:30–19:00 – Desert sunset experience and family photographs. 19:00–20:30 – Dinner at the camp. 20:30–21:30 – Relaxed evening with traditional music, family games and storytelling, subject to availability. 21:30–23:00 – Stargazing experience. Overnight at desert camp.
Day 4: Каракум Десерт, Туркменистан to Ашхабад, Туркменистан
08:00–09:00 – Breakfast at the camp. 09:00–10:30 – Final desert experience, photography and optional camel activity, subject to availability. 10:30–14:00 – Drive back to Ashgabat. 14:00–15:00 – Lunch. 15:00–18:00 – Hotel check-in/rest and free time. 18:00–21:00 – Dinner and family entertainment at Gala restaurant in the mountain surroundings; pool and children’s foam show subject to schedule and availability. Overnight in Ashgabat.
Day 5: Ашхабад, Туркменистан to Койтендаг, Туркменистан
Breakfast at the hotel, followed by transfer to Ashgabat Airport. Domestic flight from Ashgabat to Kerki (flight schedule to be confirmed). Meet the local team and drive towards the Koytendag Mountains, with a scenic break and photo stop. Lunch in the Koytendag area. Visit Dinosaur Plateau and explore the ancient dinosaur footprints. Family-friendly discovery activity: compare tracks, learn about the site and take photographs. Transfer to accommodation, check-in, dinner and rest. Overnight in the Koytendag area.
Day 6: Койтендаг, Туркменистан to Ашхабад, Туркменистан
07:30–08:30 – Breakfast. Transfer towards the airport and domestic flight back to Ashgabat (flight schedule to be confirmed). 13:00–14:00 – Family lunch in Ashgabat. 14:00–16:00 – Visit the Turkmen Carpet Museum and discover traditional weaving techniques and patterns. 16:15–17:30 – Visit Alem Cultural and Entertainment Center; optional Ferris wheel ride, subject to opening and ticket availability. 17:30–19:00 – Free time and hotel rest. 19:00–20:30 – Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Ashgabat.
Day 7: Ашхабад, Туркменистан to Туркменбаши, Туркменистан
07:30–08:30 – Breakfast. 08:30–09:30 – Transfer to Ashgabat Airport. Domestic flight to Turkmenbashi (departure time to be confirmed). Lunch after arrival. 13:00–15:30 – Caspian Sea family time: beach, seaside walk, games and photography, depending on season and local conditions. 15:30–17:00 – Optional boat experience, subject to weather and availability. 17:00–18:30 – Free time and refresh. 18:30–19:30 – Enjoy the Caspian sunset. 19:30–21:00 – Dinner by the coast. Overnight in Turkmenbashi.
Day 8: Туркменбаши, Туркменистан to Ашхабад, Туркменистан
07:00–08:00 – Breakfast. 08:00–11:30 – Drive towards Yangykala Canyon, with scenic stops en route. 11:30–14:00 – Explore Yangykala Canyon viewpoints and enjoy easy walks and family photography. 14:00–15:00 – Scenic picnic-style lunch, weather and local conditions permitting. 15:00–18:00 – Return journey as outlined in the supplied itinerary; routing and travel time to Ashgabat should be confirmed. 18:00–19:00 – Hotel check-in and refresh. 19:00–21:00 – Evening drive through illuminated Ashgabat. 21:00–22:00 – Farewell dinner. Overnight in Ashgabat.
Day 9: Ашхабад, Туркменистан to Международный аэропорт Ашхабада, Ашхабад, Туркменистан
08:00–09:00 – Breakfast at the hotel. 09:00–10:00 – Check-out. 10:00–11:00 – Transfer to Ashgabat International Airport (timing to be adjusted to the international flight departure). End of the tour.
