Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Aeropuerto Internacional de Tocumen, Panamá to Panamá
Upon arrival at the Tocumen International Airport, you will be greeted by our travel staff, who will give you a warm welcome to the country. Later, we will accompany you to your hotel in the city, where you can settle in and rest comfortably. The adventure begins! Meals: - Accommodation: Hotel in Panama City 4*
Day 2: Canal de Panamá, Panamá to Panamá Viejo, Panamá
A comprehensive tour of the city’s main attractions. The tour begins with a visit to the Panama Canal, where you can watch ships passing through (admission not included). We continue to the Amador Causeway to enjoy panoramic views of the city skyline. Next, we’ll visit Old Town, taking a walk through its colonial streets, squares, and historic monuments. Includes a visit to the handicraft market. We conclude with a panoramic tour of Panama La Vieja. Important: • Admission to the Panama Canal not included • Admission to Panama La Vieja not included At the end of the tour, you can be dropped off at Albrook Mall for shopping and return on your own, or otherwise at the hotel. Day 3: Panamá
Today, you can choose between two amazing activities you might like. Option 1: Emberá Indigenous People of the Tropical Forest of Panama. We will start our tour very early in the morning at Chagres National Park, where you will have the opportunity to share a little of their life with the Emberá indigenous tribe. Here you will enjoy the jungle full of noises while we sail aboard a canoe along the Chagres River. We will stop to visit a beautiful waterfall. Includes typical lunch and water. OPTION 2: Caribbean Day-San Blas Tour. The departure will be very early in the morning, we will cross the isthmus through the wild jungle, and we will arrive at the Guna indigenous reserve. Here on the Caribbean coast, we will have a 20-minute boat ride to reach the small islands to have a relaxing day. We will also enjoy the Guna Culture and its traditional sewing patterns, "mola". Day 4: Bocas del Toro, Panamá
After breakfast, upon arrival at Bocas del Toro Airport, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred comfortably to your hotel, allowing you to start your Caribbean experience in a smooth and relaxed way. As you make your way to the hotel, take in the first glimpses of this tropical paradise, with its colorful surroundings and laid-back island vibe. After check-in, the rest of the afternoon is yours to enjoy at leisure. You may choose to relax at the hotel, unwind by the beach, or take a gentle stroll around the area to discover local shops, cafés, and the charming atmosphere of Bocas del Toro. It’s the perfect opportunity to settle in, soak up the scenery, and begin embracing the rhythm of island life. Meals: Breakfast Accommodation: Hotel in Bocas del Toro 4*
Day 5: Dolphin Bay Hideaway, Bocas del Toro, Panamá to Isla de las estrellas, Río Azúcar, Panamá
Departure from the hotel for the tour, which will visit the main attractions in the area, starting with Dolphin Bay, where you’ll take an approximately 1-hour tour to observe dolphins in their natural habitat. Continue to Cayo Coral, where you’ll go snorkeling (approximately 45 minutes) in crystal-clear waters. At this point, there will be a stop for lunch (not included), with on-site options available. It is recommended to bring cash. The tour continues to Isla Zapatilla, where you will have approximately 2 hours to enjoy the beach, relax, or swim. Day 6: Bajo Boquete, Panamá
Departure by water taxi to Almirante at 11:40 a.m. to catch the shuttle at 12:30 p.m. and overland transfer to Boquete, a mountainous area known for its cool climate and natural beauty. The trip takes approximately 4 to 5 hours. Day 7: Bajo Boquete, Panamá
Today, we’ll make the most of our time in Boquete with a visit to its renowned coffee plantations. Depending on the season, you may even witness the coffee harvesting process firsthand. Includes a tasting. Meals: Breakfast Accommodation: Hotel in Boquete 4*
Day 8: Panamá
This morning is free for you to relax and enjoy the hotel or take a stroll through the charming town of Boquete at your own pace. In the afternoon, we’ll depart from the hotel and travel back to Panama City. In the evening, enjoy a traditional folkloric show during dinner at El Trapiche restaurant or a similar local venue. Day 9: Panamá

PAYMENT To confirm the agreed travel contract, a non-refundable prepayment of 30% of the costs per person must be paid. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 90 days before departure for the travel. If the client concludes his travel arrangements with RT less than 60 days before the departure, the tour must be paid in full immediately. RESIGNATION BY THE CUSTOMER Customers can withdraw from the contract at any time before the tour begins, but this must be done in writing. Refunds are subject to specific cancellation guidelines due to pre-tour costs incurred by Responsible Travel (RT). Cancellation fees for custom itinerary tours may vary and will be specified by a Responsible Travel Specialist consultant before reservation. Specific Refund Policies for Cancelled Tours: For mainland tours in a South American destination: • 90 days or more before departure: Full refund, excluding a nonrefundable prepayment of 30%. • From 89 to 60 days before departure: Refund of 50% of the travel price. • From 59 to 40 days before departure: Refund of 40% of the travel price. • From 39 to 31 days before departure: Refund of 30% of the travel price. • From 30 days until departure date: 0% will be refunded.
