Upon arrival to Bishkek. Meeting at the airport and transfer to hotel. Early check in. Time for rest. Breakfast at hotel. Meet at 10.00 o’clock at lobby to depart to Ala-Archa National Park. Excursion at Ala-Archa. The Ala Archa National Park is an alpine national park in the Tian Shan mountains of Kyrgyzstan, established in 1979 and located approximately 40 km south of the capital city of Bishkek. The park, which includes the gorge of the Ala-Archa River and the mountains surrounding it, is a popular destination point for weekend picnickers, hikers, horse trekkers, skiers as well as mountain climbers looking for challenging ice, rock and mixed routes. The park is open year round; although the most popular season is late summer and early fall. Lunch at local restaurant (in Bishkek). After Lunch go for Sightseeing in Bishkek: Central Square Al-too, White House, Parliament House, Manas Statue, and Lenin Statue. Transfer to hotel. Check in. Dinner at local restaurant. After breakfast we depart from Bishkek. First stop is in Don-Aryk village to watch Kyrgyz National Horse Game (Ulak-Tartysh) , then have lunch in Kyrgyz family where you will have a chance to taste one of the Kyrgyz National Food (which is called Besh-Barmak it means Five Finger leaking food). Later, go to Burana Tower near the town of Tokmok, 60km east of Bishkek. The minaret from the 11th century is the only remaining building from the ancient town of Balasagun, once capital of the mighty Karakhanid Empire. You can walk up the winding staircase and enjoy a nice view of the Chuy valley. There is also a small open-air museum with “balbals”, carved stone figures used as monuments. After excursion in Burana, we then continue driving further into the mountains to a guesthouse in the beautiful Chon-Kemin Valley. Upon arrival, check in. In the afternoon you can have a walk in the village, observe the life of the local people, or optionally go for whitewater rafting. Dinner and overnight in the guesthouse. Breakfast at hotel After breakfast transfer to Tepke village, on the way stop to visit Burana Tower (the remains of the ancient city of Balasaguni formed by the Karakhanid dynasty in the 10thcentury) next stop at Konorchek Canyon is an amazing tourist destination in the eastern part of the Kyrgyz Range. It looks like a miniature Grand Canyon in the middle of the Tian-Shan Mountains! Thousands of years of soil erosion have made this place incredible. It is famous for the remains of the ancient volcano Seghizhan-Shokny. The remains of volcanoes for Kyrgyzstan are an exceptional phenomenon due to the fact that Central Asia has almost no traces of volcanoes. Even to this day, it is possible to find the remains of shells from ancient times when there was a sea. Despite the fact that the canyon is in the middle of the mountains, the temperature here is on average warmer than in the Chui Valley. There is practically no snow in the winter and the temperature hardly drops below 40 degrees Celsius in summer. The hiking path to the canyon is 5 kilometers, but for fans of long hikes, there are many places to go because the canyon area is 200 km. Later, continue driving to Tepke. Lunch at local restaurant. In the morning drive to Altyn-Arashan valley. Change Jeep to UAZ Russian 4WD Van. "Altyn Arashan" is Kyrgyz for "golden springs" and famous with its natural curative Sulfur hot springs. Free time for rest or visit hot springs (2600 m). Picnic on the way. Overnight and Dinner at Tents/Yurt camp. Breakfast at guesthouse. After breakfast, go for Karakol City Tour: Visit Orthodox Church, Dungan Mosque then Local Karakol Museum. Lunch at local restaurant. Afternoon, we drive along the southern shore of Lake Issyk Kul to Jaychy Agro Yurt Camp. On the way visit Jety Oguz Gorge (Seven Bulls Red-Rock Gorge). Later watch Kyrgyz ancient traditional eagle-hunting show. Next stop is at the canyon “Skazka”, translated as “Fairytale” due to its bizarre rocky landscape, which for many years has been transformed by wind into fabulous sculptures and formations. We go for a short hike. Upon arrival to Yurt camp, check in. In the late afternoon you can have a walk in the Yurt camp with beautiful view guaranteed to Issyk-Kul lake. Breakfast at camp After breakfast, ride on Horses in Kok-Sai valley. Afternoon transfer to Kochkor from Jaichy Yurt camp. Lunch in local Yurt master’s family. Upon arrival, check in. Overnight and Dinner at Guesthouse. Meals: B/ Accommodation: Guesthouse (indoor toilet, shared shower)
After breakfast transfer to Isakeev village where we will start our trekking to Kol-Ukok lake (trekking time/ 5-6 hours) Kol-Ukok” means ‘The Lake in a Chest’ and is nestling between two steep slopes in the North-Eastern Terskei Ala Too Mountains. The water is sweet and cold. The maximum depth is 17 m. A white fish, and Savan trout — a regal, multi-hued fish — live in the lake. The lakeshore is totally peaceful and quiet. On the way there you may see marmots and badgers, hear mountain birds singing or the cry of an eagle, hawk or griffin. Wolves, jackals, foxes, hares, and mountain goats live here. Around the lake the diversity and originality of flowers – from forgot-me-not to legend edelweiss – will enchant you. Many plants — rhubarb, wild garlic, etc. — served the ancients as a source of vitamins. Most importantly, you will be welcomed by hospitable people, descendants of ancient nomads, who drive their cattle here from May to October. Throughout the tour, you will observe the shepherd’s lifestyle, customs and family traditions, as well as see them making traditional, national Kyrgyz milk products – kymyz (fermented mare milk), airan (Kyrgyz yogurt), and kurut (dried salty cheese). Here you can also see cows and horses being milked and will be able to watch bread being prepared. Picnic Lunch in open Air Condition. After breakfast go back to Kochkor village. Picnic in the open-air condition by the river Kol-Ukok. Upon arrival to Kochkor transfer to Naryn town. check in. Time for exploration. Dinner and overnight in Char Guesthouse deep in the Char Gorge. Meals: B/ Accommodation: Char guesthouse or similar
Breakfast at camp. After breakfast, drive to Kol-Suu lake, where you will head deeper into the remote mountains lake near the Chinese border. The Kel Suu Lake which is situated deep in the mountains close to the Chinese border. Kel-Suu Lake which lies at 3500-meter Elevation. Kel-Suu Lake fills a narrow, rock gorge, where it goes underground making it much more exciting and it makes Kel-Suu Lake a truly mysterious lake. The road of the Kel-Suu Lake is unpredictable and it is changing every season and that’s why there is an option where we will take the Jeeps because only Jeeps can make it all the way there, but if not, the destination point will be done on horses. Breakfast at camp. After breakfast, start your trekking to Kel Suu lake which will take us about 2hrs. Spend time for enjoying with gtreat scenery of Kel-Suu Lake and landscapes which are surrounding it. Picnic/Lunch on the way. Afternoon, depart to naryn Town via Tash-Rabat caravansarei, where you will have chance to see the XV-XVI c Rock-building and time for hiking around Tash Rabat valley. Upon arrival. Check in. Breakfast at guesthouse. After breakfast, drive to Kilemche valley (carpet valley), via Kochkor Town. Lunch en route. Upon arrival to Kilemche Pasture (Jailoo) you will enjoy your stay in yurt camp where you will have an experience to overnight in yurts (Kyrgyz nomadic house). After breakfast transfer to Bishkek via Kyzyl-Oi village which is located in a narrow gorge on the riverside of the powerful Kokomeren River some 40km south of Suusamyr on the road to Kochkor Village and Son-Kol Lake (both in Naryn region), and about 200km from Bishkek. The elevation is 1,800 metres asl; On the way you will be passing one of the most beautiful and fascinating landscape which opens up somewhat to form a hollow ringed by the high red-colored mountains, which gave the place its name. Kyzyl means 'red' and Oi means Bowl in Kyrgyz. Lunch on route at home-stay (Kyzyl-Oi Village). After Lunch continue driving to Bishkek via Suusamyr valley with its beautiful scenery, which is at altitude of 2200 m a/s/l. Great view is guaranteed and crossing a mountain pass over then 3000 m high (Too-Ashu). Upon arrival, check in. Time for rest. Dinner at local restaurant.
