We will visit Gijal villag and hike along Aksagata stream.
Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Tashkent, Uzbekistan to Chimgan, Uzbekistan
7:30 am we start from Tashkent by car. 9:30 arrival in Gijal village and leave most of our luggage in the local house. We drink tea, coffee, have breakfast there. 10:15 the beginning of the hike along Aksagata stream. 13:00 – we reach a nice shady place near the key with clean water, have a rest and snack. Then we continue the hike along the stream, surrounded by the trees and rocks. We can visit the marble factory, located behind the cliff. The distance is 4-5 km. 17:00 we come back in the house, rest, have dinner and sleep.
Day 2: Chimgan, Uzbekistan to Tashkent, Uzbekistan
8 am - breakfast in the house 9:00 – we do a hike up along the long cliff with fossils which are 250 million years old. The way down is along a stream with the keys with clean water. Everyone can take some fossils home. The distance is 4-5 km. 16:00 – arrival back to the house, lunch. 19:00 – coming back to Tashkent.
