Ala-kul Trek - 3 Day Tour Tien Shan

We invite you to discover the beautiful Ala-Kul Lake, lying at an altitude of 3500 meters and offer you 3 days of hiking through the forests of the Tien Shan.
Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Karakol, Kyrgyzstan to Sirota Camp, Altynarasan, Kyrgyzstan
Transfer to Karakol valley to the first bridge. We will set off with you along the turbulent course of the Karakol River until we reach the Ayu-Tor glade (25 km, 3 hours). We will climb with you to the forest oasis called Sirota, lying at an altitude of 2900 meters. The oasis got its name because of its location, a dry and rocky valley without a single source of water nearby. We will rest with you in a wooden hut built by mountain explorers of Kyrgyzstan. Sirota Oasis is mesmerizing with its beauty, unusual landscape and stunning views. In the neighborhood you will see Ayu-Tor peak. The night will be in a yurt camp.
Day 2: Sirota Camp, Altynarasan, Kyrgyzstan to Altyn-Arashan, Altynarasan, Kyrgyzstan
Today we will walk 15 km!!! The next day after an early breakfast, we will go with you to the pearl of the Karakol Canyon - Ala-Kul Lake. It is known for its changing colors and its position at an altitude of 3500 meters above sea level. The color of the water changes from emerald green to purple. The color change happens every hour, depending on weather conditions. Dinner on the lake shore. Ascent to Ala-Kul pass (3860 m). This pass will lead you to a flat peak, a perfect springboard for further assault of Terskey Ala-Too peaks: Karakol peak (5273 m), Jigit and Oguz Bashy peaks. These peaks create a ridge that runs along the horizon from west to east. Descent to the Altyn-Arashan valley. It is famous for its hot springs and our evening will be devoted to water procedures!
Day 3: Altyn-Arashan, Altynarasan, Kyrgyzstan to Karakol, Kyrgyzstan
Today we will go with you to Ak-Suu village along the Arashan River. Then we will return with you to Karakol and our tour will come to an end, but we hope that the memories of it will stay with you for a long time!
