Alpine Climbing Around Almaty Multi Day Tour
About this tour
Take a guided climb in the mountains around Almaty. Depending on your needs and ability level we can choose you an easy climb or more challenging adventure. First day is an approach day. Depending on your objective we’ll head to the mountains to spend night in tent or in cozy dormitory of Tuyuk-Su alpine camp. In the morning of the second day we will wake up early to go even higher and do some climbing either it’s easy scrambling to the nearest peak, or more challenging route to the one above 4000m.

Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Almaty, Kazakhstan to Al'plager' Tuyuk-Su, Алматы, Kazakhstan
Guide will pick you up in the middle of the day and drive to the Small Almaty gorge where Tuyuk Su mountaineering camp is located. You'll stay overnight there, dormitory.
Day 2: Al'plager' Tuyuk-Su, Алматы, Kazakhstan to Tuyuk-su Glacier, Almaty, Kazakhstan
After breakfast you will start approach early on the morning and do one of the peaks above 3500m with some scrambling/climbing on the way.
What's included
Food included: Dinner for Day 1 Breakfast and snacks for Day 2 Rental of group climbing gear as rope, pitons, ice screws, cams e.t.c
Usage of personal climbing equipment (helmet, harness, carabiners e.t.c) is not included. However, have rental options.
