Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Almaty to altyn emel
Day 1 – Altyn-Emel National Park: Aktau & Katutau Mountains 08:00 – Departure from Almaty (250 km, approx. 3.5 hours) 12:00 – Arrival in Basshi village. Check-in and enjoy a delicious lunch at the guesthouse 13:00 – Transfer to the Aktau Mountains 14:30 – Explore Aktau: hiking and climbing up the hills 16:00 – Drive to the Katutau Mountains. Time for rest and photography 17:00 – Return to the guesthouse in Basshi 18:00 – Dinner and overnight at the guesthouse
Day 2: Singing dune, Kazakhstan to Charyn Canyon National Park, Tamerlik, Kazakhstan
07:00 – Breakfast. Depart to the Singing Dune 08:00–09:30 – Explore the Singing Dune: short hike, photos, panoramic views 10:00 – Drive back to Basshi village 11:00 – Lunch and check-out from the guesthouse 12:00 – Departure to Charyn Canyon. 13:00 – Quick photo stop at Tiger Mountains 15:00–17:00 – Charyn Canyon excursion: Visit the observation hill for a panoramic view Hike down 3 km into the canyon to the Charyn River 17:00 – 18:30 Transfer to on tof the Kolsay lake's guesthouses. Dinner. Overnight.
Day 3: Kaindy Lake, Kaindy, Kazakhstan to Kolsai Lakes National Park, Алматы, Kazakhstan
07:30 Breakfast. Check-out. 08:00- 11:00 Visiting to Kaindy lake (short hiking or horse riding) 12:00 -Lunch 13:30 - Visiting Kolsay lake 15:30 Departure to Almaty. On the way stop for Panorama view of Black canyon
