About this tour

Route: Bishkek – Uzgen - Osh - Apshyr-Ata Waterfall - Batken - Aygul Too Mountain - Bishkek

Osh Region is the heart of southern Kyrgyzstan. This is the place where the high-mountainous traditional Kyrgyz nomad camps are connected with the colorful culture of the Ferghana Valley. The ancient cities of Osh and Uzgen, whose age is more than 3000 years, are adjacent to the ancient and high mountains of the Pamir and Tien-Shan, forming an amazing combination of landscapes and cultures. Batken Region is the most remote region of Kyrgyzstan, located at the foot of the mighty Turkestan Range, where under the golden sun of the Fergana Valley the most delicious apricots of the country grow and are engaged in fertile agriculture.

The main magnet in these regions is ancient history and sacred places. The city of Osh is the most authentic and ancient in the country. During its more than 3,000-year history, this city has seen the rise of huge empires, numerous caravans of the Great Silk Road, crowds of pilgrims, and many different people and cultures, and despite all this, has managed to preserve its unique spirit of the Orient.

Sulaiman-Too (Solomon’s Mount) is the first object of the country included in the UNESCO cultural heritage list, located in the very center of the city of Osh, and has become a place of religious worship.

One of the oldest cities in the Ferghana Valley is the city of Uzgen, part of the Great Silk Road and the ancient capital of the Karakhanid state.

4 days of oriental flavor, holy places, the Ferghana sun, and hospitable people.
