Today you will spend the whole day visiting the sightseers of Delhi. First of all, you will go to Chandni Chowk in Old Delhi. Chandni Chowk is an ancient and dazzling traditional market. You will also experience a rickshaw ride in the crowded streets here. During this time you will be able to see the drive-thru, a panoramic view of the Red Fort. You will also visit Jama Masjid located in Old Delhi. This mosque is very ancient and has used a beautiful Mughal style of architecture, white marble and red sandstone have been used in its construction. Finally in Old Delhi, you will go to Rajghat to visit Mahatma Gandhi's rites. Afternoon you will visit famous monuments like Humayun's Tomb and Qutub Minar in New Delhi. Today, after breakfast in the morning, you will travel from Delhi to Bharatpur. Bharatpur is famous for the Keoladeo bird sanctuary. This place was a hunting ground for the ancient royal families. Many species of birds are found here, including Siberian cranes. Apart from this, here you will usually see other animals like Sheetal Blackbuck reindeer. In the afternoon you will reach Bharatpur and after that, you will go to see birds of different species by rickshaw safari in this beautiful bird sanctuary.
Today you will travel from Bharatpur to Agra. On the way, you will stop at a place called Fatehpur Sikri. Fatehpur Sikri city is an ancient city built by Akbar as its capital. But due to lack of water, it was changed to Delhi again. A huge fort, beautiful palace, gardens, Havelis and pavilions, etc. structures are present at this place. For hundreds of years, the beauty of these monuments remains the same. The major attraction here is the Buland Darwaza which is the largest gateway in the world. This entrance gate is constructed from red sandstone. After finishing the sightseeing tour of Fatehpur Sikri, you will continue your journey to Agra and check in the hotel as soon as you reach Agra. After having lunch, you will go to visit the Taj Mahal in Agra. The Taj Mahal is constructed of pure white marble and has magnificent sculptures on the walls. This beautiful monument is one of the seven wonders of the world.
Today you will travel from Agra to Gwalior and reach Gwalior by noon and check-in the hotel. Afternoon you will go to visit the huge fort of Gwalior. This fort is situated atop a sandstone hill and has beautiful palaces installed in it. A beautiful temple is also present in this fort complex and the most beautiful structure which is present in this fort in this palace is the Gujari Mahal. Apart from this, there is also an archaeological museum and tomb of famous musician Tansen. Apart from this, you will also see the tomb of Mohammad Gaus, who was a revered saint of the Mughals.
This morning you will leave Gwalior behind and travel to your front floor Khajuraho. It will take you 8 hours to reach Khajuraho. You will check-in at the hotel by reaching Khajuraho in the late afternoon. Spend the rest of the time wandering in the surrounding areas and try to interact with the local people here.
This morning, after breakfast, you will visit the ancient Khajuraho temple groups built by the Chandel dynasty. These temples have beautiful carvings and sculptures. One feature that distinguishes these temples from other temples in India is the erotic sculpture located here. This sculpture gives the message of life values to mankind. After that, you will travel to Orchha. Orchha is a medieval city that used to be the capital of the Bundle dynasty. Here you will visit the Orchha Fort where you will find beautiful medieval artifacts and beautiful paintings.
Today morning you will be shifted to Jhansi railway station from where you will take a train to Bhopal. Afternoon you will reach Bhopal after which you will be transferred to your hotel. Today you will visit a place called Sanchi which is an important Buddhist pilgrimage site. This place was built by Emperor Ashoka when he accepted to become a preacher of Buddhism by abandoning the Raj text and war policy. There are many Buddhist stupas built by Emperor Ashoka. In these words, the scenes of Lord Buddha's life and his incarnations have been neglected. Here you will see the finest incorporation of Buddhist architecture.
After breakfast this morning, you will go to visit Bhimbetka Cave Temples located in Bhopal. There are more than 600 rock shelters, with paintings of the Early Stone Age on the walls. There is also one of the largest Lingali Shivling in the world which was built by King Bhoj in the 11th century. This Shivling is known as Somnath. The ancient paintings on the walls here are preserved by the Department of Archeology. In the evening, you will spend the day sitting on the banks of Lake Surmai and watching the sunset.
Today morning you will travel to Ujjain after having your meal. The city of Ujjain is one of the oldest cities in India. This ancient city was founded by Emperor Vikramaditya in BC. At that time the city used to be the capital of Vikramaditya's empire. This ancient city is situated on the banks of the Shipra River where many ancient temples exist. The famous Kumbh Mela is organized at this place which is celebrated once in 12 years. In this fair, saints from every corner of India come here and take a holy bath.
Today you will travel from Ujjain to Mantu. Manju is an ancient city where many ancient palaces and buildings are present. In the afternoon you will reach Mandu and check-in at the hotel. Spend the rest of the time wandering in the beautiful markets of Bandu.
Today you will go sightseeing in Mandu city. Manju has many places of interest such as Jahan Mahal, Rani Roopmati Mandap, Hindola Mahal, Jami Masjid, Baz Bahadur Mahal, Hoshang Shah's Tomb, Neelkanth Mahal, Kakra Khoh Falls, etc. It will take you a full day to visit all these sightseeing places. After a tiring sightseeing tour in the evening, spend time relaxing in the hotel.
Today you will have breakfast and travel to Indore. You will visit the sightseeing places of Indore by reaching Indore in the afternoon. Indore is a major commercial center of Madhya Pradesh. The textile industry here is the fourth-largest center in India. The city is very beautiful and clean and tidy. Here you will visit beautiful sightseeing places like Kanch Mandir Rajwada Mahal Lalbagh Mahal Central Museum and Gumti Digambar Jain Mandir and Gandhi Hall Museum.
After having breakfast this morning, you will travel to Aurangabad. It will take you 9 to 10 hours to reach Aurangabad. Aurangabad is famous for the caves of Ajanta and Ellora. There are about 34 cave temples here. In these cave temples, you will find the influence of Buddhism Hinduism and Jainism. Reach Aurangabad in the evening and check-in at the hotel.
After having breakfast in the morning you will visit Ajanta Caves. There are about 30 temples in Ajanta caves which were built between the second century AD and the seventh century CE. From these, you will be able to see most of the temples where you will see beautiful carvings carved by the world later. In addition to the sculptures in these caves, beautiful sculptures and paintings are present. There are some caves here that have not been exposed till today. In the evening you will be transferred to Mumbai International Airport. From here you will be able to fly to your destination for your homecoming.
