Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Marrakesh, Morocco to Imi Oughlad, Morocco
Day 1: Marrakech – Imi Oughlad – Tizi Oudit – Azzaden Valley Depart in the morning from Marrakech and drive towards the High Atlas Mountains, reaching the village of Imi Oughlad where your hike begins. Meet your local guide and start your trek through beautiful landscapes of juniper trees and traditional Berber villages. Gradually ascend to the scenic Tizi Oudit (pass), where you’ll enjoy panoramic views over the valleys. Continue your hike descending into the stunning Azzaden Valley, known for its terraced fields, walnut groves, and peaceful atmosphere. Along the way, pass through small Berber villages and experience authentic local life. Day 2: Azzaden Trekking Lodge, BP31 Asni, Morocco to Imlil, Morocco
Day 2: Azzaden Valley – Tizi Mzik – Imlil – Marrakech After breakfast, continue your hike through the valley, gradually ascending towards the Tizi Mzik (pass), offering breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks and valleys. From the pass, descend towards the charming village of Imlil, passing waterfalls and scenic trails along the way.
