Baku City and Old Town tour starts with Icheri Sheher (literally “Inner Town”). In actual fact, it is a historical and architectural reserve. The Icheri Sheher is often referred as a fortress, because this island of history is separated from the modern city by thick walls. From there, you will be taken by car to Highland Park (Dagustu Park), which commands a breathtaking panorama of Baku.
