Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Zvartnots International Airport, Yerevan, Armenia to Yerevan, Armenia
Upon your arrival at the Yerevan Airport, our team will be there to greet you and ensure a smooth start to your journey. We will handle your transfer directly to the hotel for a seamless check-in process, allowing you to settle in and relax for your first overnight stay in the heart of Yerevan.
Day 2: Yerevan, Armenia
Your day begins at the Matenadaran, a world-renowned museum housing a vast collection of ancient Armenian manuscripts. From there, you will visit the Armenian Genocide Memorial to pay your respects and learn about a pivotal chapter of national history. The journey continues with a visit to the historic Armenian Brandy Company, where you’ll explore legendary cellars and enjoy a guided tasting of world-class spirits. Finally, you’ll head back to the heart of the capital for a scenic walking tour, taking in the grand Republic Square, the stylish Northern Avenue, the Opera House, and the iconic Cascade stairway.
Day 3: Yerevan, Armenia
Your journey begins with a scenic drive to Charents’ Arch, where you'll catch a breathtaking view of the biblical Mount Ararat. You will then step back in time at the Garni Pagan Temple, a stunning Greco-Roman monument dating back to the first century. Nearby, you’ll explore the Symphony of Stones, a natural wonder of towering basalt columns in the Garni Gorge. After a relaxing break, the adventure continues to the Geghard Monastery, a magnificent UNESCO World Heritage site partially carved directly into the mountain cliffs, before returning for another overnight stay in Yerevan.
Day 4: Yerevan, Armenia
The journey continues with a drive to the picturesque town of Dilijan, often called "Armenian Switzerland." Here, you will visit the hidden Haghartsin Monastery located in the forest and wander through the charming streets of the city’s historic district. From there, you will travel to Lake Sevan, the stunning "blue pearl" of Armenia, to explore the ancient monasteries perched on its scenic peninsula. After returning to Yerevan, the rest of the day is yours to enjoy, giving you free time to discover the city's hidden gems on your own.
