Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Samarkand, Uzbekistan to Aydar Lake, Uzbekistan
Transfer to Aydarkul lake early in the morning. Swimming. Picnic. Transfer to the yurt camp. Accommodation. Dinner. A campfire in the evening under a starry sky and live songs by akin (local singer). Overnight in the camp.
Day 2: Aydar Lake, Uzbekistan to Samarkand, Uzbekistan
Day 2: Camel safari in the desert Breakfast. Camel safari. A camel with a driver is available for every two fellow travellers, so one can take turns riding and hiking. Travel takes around 25 km with "desert ships", divided into approx. 3 hours in the morning and in the afternoon, interrupted by breaks and a picnic lunch. Transfer to Samarkand. Accommodation: Yurt camps
