We will spend the night under the stars and meet the sunrise with a view of the majestic snow peaks and crystal blue lake, as well as a walk to the centuries-old glacier of Alatau under the Soiviets peak.
Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Almaty, Kazakhstan to Big Almaty Lake BAL, Almaty, Kazakhstan
8:00 - Departure from Almaty 9:30 - Visiting Aiu Sai visit center on the way. 10:00 - Short walk to Aiu Sai waterfalls 12:00 - Having lunch at Tary Aiu Sai national restaurant 13:30 - Start to the big Almaty lake 14:15 - Arrival in Big Almaty lake ( walking around the lake and taking pictures ) Putting up tents and having a rest Havinng an outdoor dinnner.
Day 2: Big Almaty Lake BAL, Almaty, Kazakhstan to Almaty, Kazakhstan
8:00- Having a breakfast 9:00- Trekking to the Glaciers near the “Soviets“ peak 11:00- Arrival 12:30- Camp gathering and descent into the city
