Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Ulaanbaatar to Karakorum and Erdene zuu monastery
At 8 am we will meet at hotel and drive to Karakorum and Erdene zuu. It is a small village and one of the cou try is major tourist des. And historical known as Karakorum. Karakorum was the capital of the Mongol empire which was the largest contiguous empire in the world history. In 1220 the Genghis Khan was founded and along the crossroads of the silk road. When arrival in village we will visit to museum. Next, visit to Erdene zuu monastery surrounded by 108 stipas which are built in the 16th century. Accommodation: Ger camp Meals: L, D Destination: 360 km - 6 hours.
Day 2: Ongi Monastery, Mongolia to Flaming Cliffs, Mongolia
After breakfast, we will drive to Ongi River. This small mountainous area along the Ongi River makes a good resting place to break. The temple was established in 1660. It was destroyed by the communist purges ofthe1930ss and is being restored by a number of monks. Accommodation: Ger camp Meals: Lunch , Dinner Distance: 270km -5.5hours
Day 3: Ongi Monastery, Mongolia to Flaming Cliffs, Mongolia
After breakfast, we will drive to Bayanzag which is famous for the first discovery of fossilized dinosaurs eggs. This valley is beautiful combination of Gobi landscape dramatic formations of red hillocks walruses and some saxaul trees. Accommodation: Guest house Meals: B, L., D Distance: 170 km -3.5hours
Day 4: Flaming Cliffs, Mongolia to Khongor Els, Mongolia
After breakfast, we will drivetoKhongor sand dunes which is the biggest sand dunes in Gobi. This is one of the most scenic areas of Gobi. 180km length and 12km wide. Next, we will visit to camel herder family and see their daily life and tasting Khormog which is fermented camel milk. Then, we will ride camel and go to sand dunes. After, we will climb to dunes which is 300m high. When It is windy dunes give a strange sound like the engine of an aero plane for which they are named the "singing dunes". Day 5: Hongorïn Els, Mongolia to Yol valley, Ice stream, Mongolia
After breakfast, We will drive to the valley. The valley is the one of the beautiful natural secrets in Three beauties of Gobi. After lunch, we will drive through another beautiful a canyon of Dungenee. There is great opportunity to hiking around the valley. In the early morning, we will back short drive to Dalanzadgad. Accommodation: local hotel Meals: B, L, D Distance: 220 km- 5.5 hours
Day 6: Dalanzadgad, Mongolia to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia
Early morning, the driver will transfer to the local airport. The plane takes 1.5 Hours. Accommodation: - Meals: B Distance: air 650km - 1.5 hours
