Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Almaty International Airport, Almaty, Kazakhstan to Almaty, Kazakhstan
Meeting at Almaty Airport. Ahead to the city tour in Almaty. Visit to the Green Bazar of Almaty. Green Bazar is one of the biggest and the prettiest market of Central Asia. Lunch. Visit to main church of Almaty. Kok Tobo. Dinner in local restaurant. Overnight in hotel with breakfast
Day 2: Almaty, Kazakhstan to Big Almaty Lake BAL, Almaty, Kazakhstan
Breakfast at 8.00. Drive to Big Almaty Lake for an 1 hour. Around 25 km from the hotel. Take a road for hiking for an 2 hours around it. For lunch, the picnic or have a sit in a restaurant nearby the lake on the way. The lake is situated on 2500m in Ile-AlaTau mountain range, close by with border Kyrgyzstan. Dinner in Navat restaurant. Overnight in hotel with Breakfast.
Day 3: Almaty, Kazakhstan to Saty, Kazakhstan
Almaty-Saty, distance is 330 km. Start to drive at 9.00 after breakfast. On the way stop to Visit Charyn Canyon, the feeling is a like you are on a Mars planet. Tickets are in a price. Lunch on the way, Kazakh or Uigur Cuisine. Reach to Saty village, dinner. Overnight in guest house.
Day 4: Saty, Kazakhstan to Karakol, Kyrgyzstan
Drive to Kaindy Lake from Saty village. The vehicle is UAZ Buhanka Russian van. 2 hours driving to the lake, 20 minutes walking. Lunch. There is a horseback riding option for a extra cost. Back to village. Drive to Karakol, Kyrgyzstan via Kegen border post. Dinner. Overnight in guest house with breakfast.
Day 5: Karakol, Kyrgyzstan to Altyn-Arashan, Altynarasan, Kyrgyzstan
Today, you are in Karakol. City Tour: Dunghan mosque, Russian Orthodox church etc. Drive to Altyn Arashan from Karakol by Uaz or devyatka for 2 hours. The road is very bumpy and shaky, which can give some adventure. Altyn Arashan 2500m. Lunch. Wild Hot springs + hot springs in a pool in a guest house area. Back to Karakol. Dinner in Dastorkon Restaurant. Overnight in hotel with breakfast.
Day 6: Karakol, Kyrgyzstan to Bokonbayevo, Kyrgyzstan
Karakol-Barskoon waterfalls-Skazka Canyons-Bokonbaevo, the distance is 180 km. After coffee, start to drive from Karakol to Barskoon waterfalls. Waterfalls have a stunning view. Afterwards, lunch. Drive to Skazka Canyons. Skazka Canyons, another name is "fairy tale" Canyons. It has so many different type of soil with different colors, like yellow, brownish, orange, red-orange etc. It is top-ranked destination around Issyk Kul lake. Stop to go for swimming in Issyk Kul lake. Reach to Bokonbaevo, dinner. Yurt camp stay by shore of Issyk Kul lake. Toilet is outside.
Day 7: Bokonbayevo, Kyrgyzstan to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
Breakfast in the yurt camp. Eagle Hunting Show nearby Bokonbaevo. Inclusions of the Show: Training demonstration Of Eagle, Taigan Show (Kyrgyz national dog), Archery 🏹 Demonstration time is 2 hours. Drive to Burana Tower afterwards. Lunch in Food Zone the restaurant in a Boom gorge by the highway to Bishkek. Burana Tower: ancient Tower from 10th-11th century, which is built during the Karakhanid Khanate. Museum. Handicraft/Souvenir shop in a yurt. Burana is located nearby Tokmok city. Continue to Bishkek. Farewell dinner in Navat restaurant. Overnight in hotel with breakfast.
Day 8: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan to Manas International Airport, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
Breakfast. City Tour in Bishkek. Visit to Osh bazar. Tsum. Ala Too square. Manas hero's Monument on a horseback. Victory square. Lunch in Navat or Arzu.
