II. WHAT YOU’LL DO Day 1: Sai Gon – Cai Be – Vinh Long – Can Tho 1. Get picked up at your accommodation in the city center and drive to Cai Be for a boat trip on the river. 2. Taste local fruits and enjoy coconut juice on the boat. 3. Visit local crafts, including handicrafts made with water hyacinth and Banana leaf hammocks. 4. Explore the making of Coconut candy and pop Rice. 5. Take a rowing boat through small canals surrounded by mangroves. 6. Have lunch at a local home. 7. Enjoy the highlight of the day: a long boat trip crossing the Tien River to Vinh Long Province. 8. Drive to Can Tho and overnight at Bamboo Eco Village Can Tho. 9. Have dinner at the homestay village. 10. Stay in a tropical double bed room with AC for a comfortable night.
Day 2: cần thơ to Ho Chi Minh city
Day 2: Can Tho – Cai Rang – Sai Gon 1. Start your day with morning Vietnamese Milk Coffee and a delicious breakfast while enjoying the scenic surroundings. 2. Take a boat trip to visit Cai Rang Floating Market, the largest floating market in the Mekong Delta. 3. Witness the vibrant trading and exchanging of goods on the boats. Consider having another cup of Coffee to fully immerse yourself in the experience of making purchases from a local boat. 4. Visit a rRce Noodle-making shop on the river. 5. Explore the local village by Bicycle. 6. Participate in a cooking class to learn how to make Vietnamese Pancakes (bánh xèo) and enjoy a hands-on DIY lunch. 7.
