Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Tribhuvan International Airport, काठमाडौँ, Nepal to Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, Nepal, check in at your hotel take time to rest, and make preparations for your upcoming trekking adventure.
Day 2: Kathmandu, Nepal to Lukla, Chaurikharka, Nepal
Catch an early flight to Lukla, Nepal, and then trek to Phakding, where you'll spend the night in a cozy teahouse, starting your Everest adventure.
Day 3: Lukla, Chaurikharka, Nepal to Phakding, Nepal
Trek alongside the Dudh Koshi River, enter Sagarmatha National Park, and arrive at Namche Bazaar, a renowned Sherpa village, with the following day dedicated to acclimatization.
Day 4: Namche Bazar, Namche, Nepal
On this day, hike to Everest View Hotel for breathtaking mountain vistas, explore Namche Bazaar's charm, and take time to rest and acclimate to the high altitude.
Day 5: Namche Bazar, Namche, Nepal to Tyangboche, Khumjung, Nepal
Descend to Dudh Koshi River, then ascend to Tengboche Monastery, offering breathtaking vistas of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam, a magnificent Himalayan panorama to cherish.
Day 6: Tyangboche, Khumjung, Nepal to Dingboche, Nepal
Descend to Debuche, cross the Imja River, and ascend to Dingboche while enjoying stunning Himalayan vistas along the way.
Day 7: Dingboche, Nepal
Acclimatize by hiking to Nangkartshang Peak and take a day of rest for further altitude adaptation and preparation for higher elevations on your trek.

Day 11: Kala Patthar, Khumjung, Nepal to Green Valley Lodge Dzongla, खुम्जुंग, Nepal
Begin the day with an early hike to Kala Patthar to witness the sunrise. Later, proceed to Dzongla via the Lobuche Pass, enjoying the breathtaking mountain vistas along the way.
Day 12: Everest Chola Pass Trek, Khumjung, Nepal to Gokyo Ri, Khumjung, Nepal
Cross the demanding Cho La Pass, then trek to Gokyo to savor the stunning Gokyo Lakes.
Day 13: Gokyo Ri, Khumjung, Nepal
Ascend Gokyo Ri for sweeping panoramas, then descend to Gokyo for the night.
Day 14: Renjo Pass, Khumjung, Nepal to Lungden, Namche, Nepal
Cross Renjo La Pass, enjoy the breathtaking view and continue trekking to Lungden, savoring the scenic beauty of the Everest region.
Day 15: Lungden, Namche, Nepal to Thame, Namche, Nepal
Hike to Thame through Marlung, concluding the journey with a visit to Thame Monastery, an essential cultural and spiritual experience on the trekking route.
Day 16: Thame, Namche, Nepal to Namche Bazar, Namche, Nepal
Descend to Namche Bazaar, marking the final day amidst the high Himalayas.
Day 17: Namche Bazar, Namche, Nepal to Lukla, Chaurikharka, Nepal
Return to Lukla and celebrate the successful completion of the trek, marking the end of this challenging and memorable adventure in the Everest region.
Day 18: Tenzing-Hillary Airport, Chaunrikharka, Nepal to Kathmandu, Nepal
Fly back to Kathmandu, where you can explore the city's attractions and vibrant culture, or depart for your next destination.
What's included
Our comprehensive package for the Everest Three Passes Trek includes all transportation, including flights from Kathmandu to Lukla. Accommodations are provided in three-star hotels with twin-sharing beds and breakfast in the city, while comfortable trekking lodges are arranged during the trek. We offer a sleeping bag and down jacket for use during the trek, and if you don't have your own, they can be returned after the journey. Enjoy full meals throughout the trek, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as per the itinerary, along with seasonal fruits. Additionally, we provide first aid, a T-shirt, and a Trip achievement certificate. The package covers trekking permits and TIMS cards (Trekking Information Management System). Your experienced guide's salary, accommodation, meals, and insurance are included. As a special touch, we organize a cultural show and a farewell dinner. Rest assured, all government taxes and official expenses are covered in our package for a hassle-free and memorable trekking experience.
Additional meals in Kathmandu, as well as dessert items and various beverages, are not included in the trek package. Entrance fees for any tourist attractions during the tour are also not covered. Clients are responsible for their international air tickets, travel insurance, and tips for the trekking crew. These expenses are separate from the comprehensive trek package and should be budgeted accordingly. We prioritize transparency and aim to provide a clear understanding of the inclusions and exclusions to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.
