Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Isfahan, Iran to Chelgerd, Iran
Pick-up from the hotel in Isfahan by your Iranian guide/driver and transfer to Shahr-e Kord. Drive to Chelgerd, the main district of Bakhtiari nomadic settlement. Visit Dimeh Spring on the way and visit Koohrang Tunnel which is the main source of Zayandehrood River. Have lunch Stay overnight in Chelgerd.
Day 2: Chelgerd, Iran to Sar Agha Seyed, Iran
After breakfast, travel to Sar-e Agha Seyed village. It is a beautiful village built into the Zagros Mountain and can be visited only during the summer months, as the roads remain closed due to heavy snowfall for around 7 months in a year. Drive back to Chelgerd and have lunch. After lunch, drive back to Isfahan. End of the tour.
