Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Kyzart, Kyrgyzstan
Start from the Kyzart village, around 4 hours to reach the summer pasture called Kilemche, where nomads stay for summer with their cattle. You will be lodged in a yurt - a unique nomad dwelling that is used for centuries, made of wood and wool. Possibility to have a stroll to the nearest mountains in the afternoon. Accommodation in a yurt. Lunch (picnic) and dinner are included.
Day 2: Kyzart, Kyrgyzstan to Song-Kul, Kyrgyzstan
A 5-6 hours horseback ride to reach the incredible Song-Kol lake, situated right in the center of Kyrgyzstan, surrounded by beautiful mountains, and also used as summer pasture for people from nearest regions. This high-alpine lake (3016 m above sea level) is a popular tourist destination and for summer season provides with various yurt camps, where the guests can stay for the night. By arriving to the yurt camp, the program will end. The accommodation and dinner (as well as breakfast and lunch - picnic) for this day are included to the price.
