About this tour
Hustai national park is located in west of Mongolia. The area is home for Takhi also known as Perzevaliski horse. The national park has unique landscape that features mountain steppe also there are sand dunes representing Gobi of Mongolia and river wetlands. There is great opportunity to hiking around the park, flower watching, nature photography and horse riding.
Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia to Khustai Mountains Camp, Mongolia
- pick up from your hotel at 8.30am - 2 hours drive ti Hustai national park- do excursion to see the Przewaliski horse in their natural habitat. - visit to small ger information centre - lunch at Hustai resort - visit to nomad family- share their daily life and taste daily products - Free time for horse riding - short drive to Perzevaliski horse- if we Lucky there can see fox, deer, eagle, vulture and other more. - hiking around the park and watching flowers - Return back to Ulaanbaatar and transfer to the hotel around 6:30 pm. Meals: lunch Destination: 220km - 5 hours
