Hustai national park is located about 100km west of Ulaanbaatar. This area is home to Mongolian wild horse known as a Perzevaliski horse. The national park has unique landscape that features mountain steppe also there are sand dunes representing Gobi and river wetlands. There is great opportunity to hiking, horse riding and bird watching.
08:30 AM – Pick up from your hotel in Ulaanbaatar. Enjoy a scenic 2-hour drive to Hustai National Park, home to the reintroduced Przewalski's (Takhi) wild horses. Visit the Ger Information Center to learn about the park's history, wildlife, and conservation efforts. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Visit a nomadic family to experience Mongolia's traditional lifestyle and sample homemade dairy products. Optional free time for horseback riding (additional cost may apply). Continue your wildlife excursion to observe the Przewalski's horses in their natural habitat. If you're fortunate, you may also spot red deer, foxes, eagles, marmots, and other native wildlife. Enjoy a leisurely hike through the beautiful steppe landscape while taking in the park's rich birdlife and seasonal wildflowers. Return to Ulaanbaatar and transfer to your hotel, arriving at approximately 6:30 PM.
