Today your adventure begins, we meet you at the airport of the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic — Bishkek. We will take a short tour of the city by car and put you up at the hotel. After you will have dinner in a restaurant where dishes of Kyrgyz national cuisine are prepared, such as "boursok", "kuruts", "beshbarmak", "kattama" and other dishes related to the nomad culture. (We have a variety of options to choose from, and our team will be happy to help you make your choice) Then we will go to the hotel, where you can relax and prepare for tomorrow's adventures.
After rest and breakfast, we head to the most beautiful red field covered with flowers – the "Poppy Field". Here you will see one of the most beautiful spring places, you can take amazing photos and walk along the trail Our second stop is the archaeological and architectural complex "Burana Tower". The complex will reveal its secrets and tell you the legends that have been kept for many centuries. A thousand years ago, there was a magnificent ancient city in this valley, founded by the Karakhanid dynasty in the 10th century. The prosperous city was destroyed by Genghis Khan in the early 13th century, and today the only evidence of its past remains the Burana Tower. You will be able to climb the tower and visit the open-air museum, as well as take part in a tour of the tower, which will be conducted by specialists. Then we will go to the Kok Moinok canyons. This will be your first canyon in Kyrgyzstan, which will anticipate many other amazing places similar to the particles of Mars. During a short walk, we will get acquainted with the unique geology of the region, visit small dead ends and caves and take great photos. Our last stop is the city of Cholpon-Ata overlooking Lake Issyk-Kul. In the evening, you will find thermal springs with mineral water to relax and prepare for tomorrow's adventures. We recommend taking an evening walk around Lake Issyk-Kul.
Our journey continues to the unique eco-hotel/agro-complex "Kochmon-Ordo". In this secluded corner of nature, you can enjoy harmony with the environment and learn more about the agriculture of the region. Before visiting the hotel, we will take a look at the open-air museum "Petroglyphs", which stretches over an area of 42 hectares. Here you will take a fascinating walk among the stone artifacts dating back to the II millennium BC - the VIII century AD. Next, our route runs through the magnificent Grigoryevsky and Semenov gorges, which are like a gateway to the world of natural wonders. Here you will immerse yourself in a fabulous atmosphere of peace, enjoying the views of green valleys and mountain peaks that create stunning landscapes. We will have lunch among the mountains at the Kochmon Ordo complex, where you will find dishes made from local products and the unique atmosphere of the mountainous region. At the end of the day, we will check into a cozy eco-hotel, where from the height of the hotel you can enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains, Lake Zhyrgalan and the forest. Later, you will have a short tour of the agro-complex, where you will learn more about local rural life and unique environmental protection projects.
Today we will get acquainted with the city of Karakol and visit its historical sights, including the Dungan Mosque, built in 1910, and the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity, towering since 1895 and storing the relics of the holy martyrs, as well as the ancient icon of the Tikhvin Mother of God, painted more than a century and a half ago in Athens. We will end the walk with a visit to the souvenir shop, where you can buy souvenirs. Next, Barskaun Gorge awaits us, where we will stop at a panoramic platform with a view of the red rocks of Jeti-Oguz and the Broken Heart, as well as walk to the waterfall, enjoying the beauty of nature. In the evening, we will go to the yurt camp located among the Skazka canyons, where you can plunge into the atmosphere of nomadic life and spend the night in authentic yurts on the shore of Lake Issyk-Kul, enjoying a magnificent view of the starry sky.
The first location for today is the Fairy Tale Canyons. Let's walk along the canyon "Chinese Wall", 5 kilometers long, where you will create stunning shots, capturing these moments of incredible beauty. And now get ready for an unforgettable Golden Eagle Show or Felt Show, where you will become part of the nomadic lifestyle of the Kyrgyz people. Next, Aksai canyons are waiting for us. Here the clay differs in that it is more brightly gray and yellow in color unlike other canyons, and from the edge of the canyon there is a view of the lake.
