Also explore the near by areas regarding history like Buddha Civilization sites, Archaeological sites, Monasteries, Ancient Markets and Mosques, Border lines of Pakistan etc. We will start Lahore, Islamabad Taxila, Gandhara, the ancient Peshawar valley and the cradle of Buddhist civilization, which gave birth to the famous Gandharan art, It remained one of the provinces of the Achaemenian empire according to a Darius period inscription of 6th century BC, its first capital from 6th century BC to 1st century AD was invaded in Mauryan, indo-Greeks, Scythian, Parthians and kushans, who established their capital at Peshawar in 1st century AD. In 7th century AD, the shahi dynasty established its capital at hund, which remain their Centre till the invasions of Gaznavids in 998 AD, hence ending the rule of Gandhara.
Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore, Pakistan to Indus Hotel, Lahore, Pakistan
After transfer to hotel, rest for refreshment and move to Lahore Museum founded in 1865 at a smaller location and opened in 1894 at its current location on 'The Mall'. Then move towards ''Chauburji'' means 4 towers, it was the gateway to an extensive garden known to have existed in Mughal times and the last destination is the Wahgah Border, the territory between Pakistan and India, where the lowering of flag ceremony held with the startup of a blustering parade by both of the militiaries. After returning back from border, Dinner at restaurant and back to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 2: Indus Hotel, Lahore, Pakistan to Haveli Restaurant, Lahore, Pakistan
Breakfast at hotel, move for local sightseeing, Shrine of Sufi saint Ali Hajveri Data Ganj Bakhsh, Wazir khan Mosque it's construction began in 1634 C.E., and was completed in 1641. It is on the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List , Lahore-Fort, Badshahi Mosque was built by Emperor Aurangzeb in 1671, with construction of the mosque lasting for two years until 1673, Greater Iqbal Park Minar-e-Pakistan, the tower was built between 1960 and 1968 on the site where the All-India Muslim League passed the Lahore Resolution on 23 March 1940 , Famous Food street of Lahore. Dinner at Haveli restaurant.
Day 3: Indus Hotel, Lahore, Pakistan to Shalimar Garden, Lahore, Pakistan
Breakfast at hotel, moves towards Gates of Lahore and respective local Markets, Barood Khana Haveli, it was built in the 18th century by a Sikh commanding general , Haveli Nau-Nehaal Singh, Faqir Khana Museum, Lunch break, Cathedral Church, Shalimar Garden. Dinner.
Day 4: Indus Hotel, Lahore, Pakistan to Sheikhupura, Pakistan
After breakfast, we will leave for Sheikhupura almost 22kms away from Lahore via Shahdara where we visit Jahangir's Tomb, Noor-Jehan's Tomb, Tomb of Asif Khan, Lunch Break and then Hiran-Minaar is an early 17th-century Mughal era complex , Sheikhupura Fort. Dinner, Back to Hotel Lahore.
Day 5: Indus Hotel, Lahore, Pakistan to Islamabad, Pakistan
After Breakfast , we'll leave for Islamabad via Jehlum, visit of Temple Katas Raj, Rohtas Fort, Khewra Mines (Salt Range), Lunch at TDCP Kallar Kahar, Reach Islamabad. transfer to Hotel, Dinner.
Day 6: Grace Crown Hotel, Rawalpindi, Pakistan to Saidpur Village, Saidpur, Pakistan
In the Morning, after breakfast we'll drive you to Pakistan Monument -Lok virsa /culture museum, Lake View Park-saidpur Village. Dinner, Back to hotel.
Day 7: Grace Crown Hotel, Rawalpindi, Pakistan to Daman-e-Koh, Islamabad, Pakistan
After having Breakfast we move towards the great Faisal Mosque, Damn-e-Koh picnic point and some major shopping malls and markets in Islamabad. Lunch and dinner in Islamabad. Overnight at Hotel
Day 8: Grace Crown Hotel, Rawalpindi, Pakistan to Taxila, Pakistan
We drive to Taxila Museum and surrounding archaeological sites, Visit Darmarajic stupa -Murmoradu site-sirikup and Julian. Lunch will be arrange here. Back to Islamabad. Dinner, Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 9: Grace Crown Hotel, Rawalpindi, Pakistan to Peshawar, Pakistan
Breakfast, We take you to Peshawar Museum Mahabat Khan Mosque, Sethi Muhalla /street, Qisa khawani Bazar, Ghanta Ghar, Mughal Caravan serai, Gor Khatri and Peshawar Museum. After all, we drive back to Hotel
Day 10: Bab-e-Khyber, Jamrud, Pakistan to Islamabad International Airport, Islamabad, Pakistan
We drive you Khyber Pass with pack lunch and it is the most important attraction of Peshawar. A visit to Peshawar is in-complete without the visit to Khyber Pass. After security process we will have Guards from here and will drive to the Khyber Pass. We will stop for pictures at designated points Including Jamrud Fort, Ali Masjid fort highest point of the Khyber Pass and Khyber Pass view point near Torkhum where you can see Afghanistan from a distance. Drive back to Peshawar, after Dinner transfer to Airport.
