About this tour

During this trekking we will pass 4 peaks of the Small Almaty Gorge in one day - Shymbulak, Bashuta, Panorama and Furmanov peaks. We'll be above the clouds all the day.

The hike requires good physical fitness. Duration: 8 hours.

Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1: Almaty, Kazakhstan

Leaving the hotel we go to the Talgar Pass (3200 m) in Shymbulak by cable road. We will begin our ascent to Shymbulak Peak (3450 m), and then start descending along the ridge, visiting all the ridge peaks - Bashuta (3350 m), Panorama (3260 m) and Furmanova (2,985 m). We will go down to the Medeo ice skating rink.
