Depart Aktau in the morning. Our first stop is the Torysh Valley of Balls, where mysterious stone spheres rise straight from the steppe. Next, we visit the Kokala ravine and the majestic Mount Sherkala, one of the main symbols of Mangystau. In the afternoon, we head to the Airakty-Shomanay Valley ("Valley of Castles"): bizarre rock formations reminiscent of the ruins of ancient fortresses. In the evening, we set up camp, cook dinner, and watch the sunset in complete silence.
Bozzhyra: upper, middle, lower panoramas, sunset views The entire second day is dedicated to Mangystau's main natural gem—the Bozzhyra gorge. We'll visit the upper panorama, which overlooks the entire canyon, the middle panorama, and then descend to the lower panorama, where you can see the majestic chalk outcrops up close. In the evening, we'll find the best positions for sunset photography. We'll spend the night in a tent camp under millions of stars.
Colored Mountains: Kyzylkup ("Tiramisu") · Bokty · Aktau After breakfast, we head to the Kyzylkup tract, nicknamed "Tiramisu" for its colorful striped hills—one of the most photogenic spots in Kazakhstan. Then we head to Mount Bokty, one of the most recognizable natural symbols of Mangystau. After our walk, we return to Aktau.
