Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1: Islamabad International Airport, Islamabad, Pakistan to Islamabad, Pakistan

Arrive at Islamabad International Airport and transfer to the hotel. After some time of rest after your journey, take a city tour and visit the Raja Bazar, of Faisal Mosque, Pakistan Monument and Lok Virsa Museum and Damn-e-Koh. Back to hotel and overnight stay in Islamabad Grand Hotel.

Day 2: Islamabad, Pakistan to Skardu

Islamabad to Skardu (By Flight or Road) Highlights: Spectacular views of the Karakoram Range Option 1: Take a scenic flight from Islamabad to Skardu (weather-dependent). Option 2: Travel by road along the Karakoram Highway (KKH), passing through Abbottabad, Chilas, and Jaglot. Upon arrival in Skardu, check into your hotel and explore the local bazaar. Day 3: Skardu to Felix Guest House, Machlu

Highlights: Cultural tour of Khaplu, scenic drive to Machulo Depart from Skardu for Khaplu, a charming town rich in Balti culture. Visit Khaplu Palace, an ancient royal residence. Explore Chaqchan Mosque, one of the oldest mosques in the region. Continue your journey to Machulo, a picturesque village surrounded by towering peaks. Day 4: Felix Guest House, Machlu to Nangma Valley Trek, Skardu

Machulo - Kandy - Mingul Broq After breakfast, Early in the moring we drive from felix guest house to Kanday village (1 hour), then hike to Mingulo Broq (3,500m) it's a 3-4 hours trek through summer pastures and along the Nangma melt river to Mingulo Broq. overnight in Camping

Day 5: Nangma Valley Trek, Skardu

Today we have a beautiful hike from Mingulo Broq to Nangma Valley (3,950 m), Base camp is surrounded by majestic peaks, including the iconic towers, making it an ideal spot for rock climbers and photographers alike. You’ll spend the night at the base camp, soaking in the natural beauty and tranquility of this remote valley. overnight in Camping

Day 6: Nangma Valley Trek, Skardu

Free Day in Nangma Valley – Optional Hike to Amin Brakk Base Camp (4,500m) Spend a relaxing free day in Nangma Valley, surrounded by the majestic granite peaks of the Karakoram Range. Start your morning with a breathtaking sunrise, as the golden light illuminates the valley’s towering spires. After breakfast, take a leisurely walk to the nearby glacial stream, where the sound of flowing water creates a peaceful atmosphere perfect for unwinding in nature. For those seeking a bit more adventure, embark on an optional day hike to Amin Brakk Base Camp. Standing at 4,500 meters, Amin Brakk is one of the world’s most challenging vertical rock walls, often referred to as the “Great Tower” by climbers. The trek to its base camp offers spectacular views, rugged terrain, and a chance to test your scrambling skills on nearby rocks. Nature lovers can also spend the day exploring the diverse flora and fauna of Nangma Valley, spotting rare Karakoram bird species and vibrant alpine flowers that thrive in this high-altitude landscape. Day 7: Nangma Valley Trek, Skardu to Skardu

Trek Back to Kanday and Return to Machulo and drive to skardu Highlights: Return trek through scenic routes After breakfast, begin your trek back to Kanday. From Kanday, drive back to Machulo and relax at Felix Guest House. take chai and after short rest drive to skardu overnight Stay in Skardu

Day 8: Skardu to Naran, Pakistan

( Fly back to Islamabad ) OR take the Skardu to Naran route via the Babusar Pass. This route offers stunning views of Nanga Parbat, Lulusar Lake, and Babusar Top. Leave Skardu early and drive through Chilas to reach Naran by evening. Spend the night in Naran and enjoy a stroll through the local bazaar or visit the nearby Saif-ul-Malook Lake. overnight stay in Naran The next morning, head from Naran to Islamabad, passing through Mansehra and Balakot, arriving in Islamabad by late afternoon. Travel Time: Skardu to Naran: 12-13 hours Naran to Islamabad: 6-7 hours
