The Kanday Nangma Valley Trek is an amazing destination for people who love rock climbing, located in the beautiful Baltistan region of Pakistan. This stunning valley is one of the best places for rock climbing in the Karakoram range, offering a variety of climbing challenges suitable for climbers of all skill levels. Some of the most famous peaks in this area are Amin Braq, which stands at 5,850 meters, and the Incredible Towers, which are 5,800 meters tall.
Our trekking program is designed to make your experience unforgettable, focusing on conquering these towering peaks. We set up base camps in picturesque locations surrounded by tall granite rocks, allowing climbers to enjoy the beauty of the valley while challenging themselves. Kanday Nangma Valley is part of the larger Hushe Valley in Baltistan, one of the most beautiful trekking spots in the region. If you’re looking for natural beauty and adventure, this trek is a must-do.
Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Skardu International Airport, Skardu to Machlu
we received you from airport then we’ll depart for Machulo, a picturesque village located 115 km away from Skardu. The drive takes about 3 hours. Machulo sits at an altitude of 2700 meters, and upon arrival, we’ll check into our accommodation. The village is known for its stunning views of the Mashabrum Mountain, and you can enjoy a leisurely walk around the village, including the local mosque, water canals, and scenic viewpoints. Overnight stay at the hotel in Machulo.
Day 2: Machlu to The Camp, Gulmit
Today, we will leave Machulo and drive towards Kanday village, the starting point of our trekking adventure. The trek will begin from Mingulu Broq, a scenic location amidst stunning landscapes. After a day of travel and exploration, we will set up camp or check into local accommodations in Mingulu Broq for an overnight stay
Day 3: Khanqah Moallah Kanday to Nangma Valley Trek, Skardu
we will spend the next days trekking in the Nangma Valley, a secluded and beautiful area known for its wild beauty. These days will be filled with hiking, photography, and the chance to relax amidst nature. The valley is dotted with pristine meadows, alpine streams, and towering peaks. You will also have the opportunity to camp, enjoy bonfires in the evenings, and immerse yourself in the serenity of the valley. These two days are perfect for connecting with nature and reflecting on the adventure so far.
Day 4: Nangma Valley Trek, Skardu
This day marks the beginning of our trek towards Amin Braq, one of the most iconic peaks in the region. We will hike through lush green meadows and along the flowing streams towards this towering rock formation. The views along the way are breathtaking, with dramatic landscapes of rugged mountains and valleys. After a long and rewarding day of trekking, we’ll camp near Amin Brarq for the night.
Day 5: Machulu La Trek, Skardu to Skardu
After an unforgettable time in the Nangma Valley, we will begin our trek back to Kanday village. From there, we’ll drive back to Machulo, retracing our steps through the beautiful landscapes. You will have the opportunity to reflect on the journey as we head back to our starting point. Overnight stay in Machulo depart to skardu if you have time
